I was so happy to come here again. Our initial order was missing a few items, so we decided to call to see what could be done. Seeing that we had already been home by that point, Aaron was able to accommodate us over the phone. He understood how frustrating it could be when this happens, on both ends. Ultimately, the next time we were there, he made sure we were in good spirits before leaving. Upon his leave, I believe Tanya and Mina helped us just as much. If I have the names wrong, I apologize. Either way, the customer service was welcoming, the outcome was satisfactory, and this time all of the food was accounted for. Thank you all.
They did a great job with a special custom order!! Thanks!!
Employees horrible. Causing in front of customers. Went through drive thru spoke clearly an simple. Order was not complete asked what an why I didn't see an item. Was told it was there but it wasn't. Went inside to fix problem but stood for 3 minutes ignored. Non cared even though the individual that handed food to me seen me waiting to hopefully address problem. Did nothing. Will no longer visit location. Rather visit another over the service of this location an convenience.
So now we have to order cheese with six pack and a pound and no hot sauce either you gonna charge for that too this is why I eat at Ravi bell foods better and they would at least ask if I wanted cheese you guys are ass and the oles with cheese is the only reason I eat here well lost another customer taco chons
Store hours are listed as open till 10PM but at 5:45PM your store is closed. Not the first time this has happened at this specific location.

I know what happened to TJ's. Same thing that happened everywhere else, and that's corporate greed. Portions are smaller, prices higher or stay the same with lower quality ingredients. Remember when you could do 2 for $5 or $6 meat and potato burritos? Well I hope you wanted rice instead because that's what a majority of their filler is now.
I don't know why the app even exists if I set a time for food to be ready and then also have to wait for the food inside. What the point? The "deals"? They're what we just used to pay 3 years ago. Even less than that, honestly. Asking multiple times what my order was, and possibly the loosest wrap on a burrito I'd ever seen. They're basically snack wraps. There are at least 5 food trucks within 5 miles of here that deserve your business more.

I stop here basically every time I'm in town lol We don't have a Taco Johns where I live. They are always fast and friendly and the food is always good! They also still have churros. Just got one today, haven't had one in probably 20 years.
