I heard the tacos del pastor here were amazing so we stopped by and they are delicious! The best part? This place is for those who can handle heat. Each order came with a serano pepper and their red salsa definitely burnt my mouth but it was so good! We got tacos del pastor and one carne asada quesadilla. Kind service too. The worst part? Not a problem for me but keep in mind this is a taco truck. They have tables outside but when we went it was incredibly hot so we ate inside...

This is my favorite taco spot in Des Moines and probably has the best torta around. They have a great selection of meats for all food. Never had a bad meal after eating here the last few years. They are fast and the food is always piping hot.
