The nighttime taco guy is actually horrible now. The people in the daytime are pretty good takes food too long to get a super rude and no one wants to deal with that so I won’t be returning anymore. They need to do themselves a favor and fire the nighttime taco guy get rid of him.

I ordered three chicken tacos and two beef tacos. All were delicious. I also ordered a chicken burrito. That was huge and even better than the tacos. I was in town from Los Angeles, and I would eat here again if I come back. Definitely worth a stop.

We are frequent fliers here and wanted to finally leave a review. The chorypollo, birria, and salsa verde are some of the best Mexican food you can find in Des Moines. The food is worth the wait (which isn’t long) but I’d recommend ordering online 10 mins before your arrival.
Best taco truck in town, in my opinion. The quality of their food is on par with actual (good) Mexican restaurants. They also offer a variety of authentic Mexican foods not commonly found in Des Moines. Note that their truck is a little hidden in plain sight, nearby the Kum&Go on Keo Way, but once you know where they are, it becomes obvious!
