This place is delicious. Just tried it based on the reviews…there aren’t many, but they’re all correct. Super nice people, great quality food…I had a couple beef tacos…better than any taco I’ve had at Malo or any “upscale” Mexican place in town. You’re silly if you don’t eat here on the regular, which I will be doing.

Let's get this straight, the Cemita de Milanesa is the biggest sandwich I've ever seen. It's really too much for one person. If you can eat this by yourself you should be making better choices. It tastes great and its well put together. But you better be ready to share it or save some for later. It's just huge, grande, ginormas, malaking, enorme. Its a take out only food truck. No tables to sit at and it's in the Auto Zone parking lot by a very busy ice machine. This place was real busy when I arrived. Get over here and don't forget to have the Oaxaca cheese on that sandwich.

A-MAZ-ING!! Found this place by happenstance and have never looked for another taco truck in DSM since ????✨️? Their alambre burrito is a must and the horchata is super refreshing. They are very friendly and exceptionally speedy. Can't say enough about how great these guys are!!Vegetarian options: They have a cebolla option for both tacos and burritoParking: Just an open space around the truck. Usually isn't too busy so plenty of options.

This is one of the best food trucks in the Des Moines area. It's very rare to find a place in Iowa that sells cemitas (traditional tortas from Puebla, Mexico made out of sesame seed bread). The cemitas are packed with food. I recommend the milanesa one!! Their tacos are made of homemade tortillas. You only need one because they are ENORMOUS. Very few Mexican places have good horchata or aguas frescas because they are usually watered down with all the ice. I recommend the agua de melón and agua de horchata. This is all good quality food. They have other traditional dishes from Puebla. Everything is fresh, delicious, and with generous portions. The customer service is phenomenal. They treat you very well! They are approachable, friendly, and patient. It was my first time there and I had a lot of questions. They kindly answered them. They also have a great system. They have speakers and call out your name when your food is ready that way you don't have to stand outside waiting, you can just wait in your car. We showed up at 10:45pm and they still had tons of people ordering food. When you see a lot of people ordering, it's a good sign.I also love supporting this business because they started from the bottom. They used to only cater and sometimes sell at the bailes. They worked so hard to make this food truck a reality. They also support local non profits. They always give back to the community. Support local!
