Just had our first experience with Ted’s and I messed up my order but they were so nice and accommodating, they fixed it for me even though it was definitely my fault! Food was delicious, way more than we could finish! Great experience! We will definitely be back!

I can't speak to all the food, I always get a Gryo or Cheeseburger coney style, ( Cheeseburger cut in half on a hot dog bun, a pickle spear,onions, and mustard and of course their great chili. I'd give more stars if I could.

I have a hard time deciding on what to get as their menu has so many good things to eat! My favorite is the beefburger basket with FF and homemade onion rings and it comes with coleslaw as well. Fast and friendly service and reasonably priced.

I don't know what's happened, but I just got one of the worst meals at the highest price for fast food at Teds. I've been in Des Moines for over 30 years and have frequented TCI many times. Have always loved it. Last night was a whole different story. The only thing that didn't taste like overly salted breading, including the fish, was the coleslaw. The young waiter that took my order at the drive-thru couldn't seem to conceive of ordering a basket and kept coming back with irrelevant questions that he never asked the same way twice, until I got so frustrated that I just told him he was right. Somehow I knew at that point something wouldn't be right with my food, and I was right. Most surprising however was that it was the food itself. It was terrible. Ted's has always been a place where I would pay the extra money for the quality of the food. Not so anymore. I hope they fix whatever went wrong.

Went through the drive through today, got a tenderloin basket and a med order of onion rings, food was great but the was no napkins or silver ware and had to ask for ketchup and only got 4 packages. And there were not that many onion rings.
Used to frequent Ted’s and haven’t been in a while. I got the red pepper humus on pita bread and added feta cheese. Also got an order of fries and 2 fountain sodas. $18. I thought maybe I heard wrong and paid anyways, but yup… somehow a piece of pita bread with hummus and poorly chopped veggies with fries was $18. On the menu it said $5.40. The onions and tomatoes are so big / barely diced they don’t even stay in the wrap.
