Had the Coney Dog. Not impressed at all. Chili seemed premade and the cheese on the coney was a generic slice of cheese. Not real shredded cheese. The basket was worth the price minus the taste of the Coney.

Mid at best. Nothing special. Coney style hamburgers ,fries and onion rings need salt but even with that weren't anything special. Workers were friendly. 3 adults and 1 kid for $40. Definitely wouldn't be back anytime soon. Friendly & fast service.

Stopping for a couple days in Des Moines on the way west I was delighted to find such a great place. When I saw a local place that had gyros I knew I had to go. I was not disappointed. Far from it. Delicious food. Fast and friendly service. And the owner came out to meet my motopup Izzy. I know I'll be stopping here the next time I'm in Des Moines. Do yourself a favor and try it.
