our server was very rude she only gave us 1 butter and 1 bread of a group of 7 and when we ask for more she gave us a nasty look the food was good but service was horrible i wouldn’t go back there if there gonna disrespect people .

Bring a flashlight to see the menu. Gordon Ramsey would say their menu is too big, their food proves it. I had the weirdest quesadilla in my life. Whoever thought putting giant green chiles and radishes into a simple quesadilla has lost their mind. 1st time to Cheesecake factory in 15 years. This visit was a reminder why.

Visited from South Africa, sorry to see Penny wasn’t working that day ? the food was delicious but the portions ginormous! Highly recommend sharing and rather choosing two options as opposed to 4 “starters” which is what we did. The Caesar salad was my favourite and would definitely go back for that, and a slice of cheesecake. The wontons were also yummy, but next time I’d like to eat the cake there and not take it away.

Parking: It is located in the mall, so parking is challengingWheelchair accessibility: It is difficult to get in directly to the restaurant without assistance from someone else due to no automatic doors. I recommend entering from the mall.

I didn't rate the food as we never made it past the hostess. Sign in at 6:50pm, got told it'll be 50 minutes. 70 minutes later, told it's going to be another 20. 10 minutes after that deadline had passed, I got told there's still 3 in front of me, so another 20 minutes. At this point, it's almost 9pm, and looking like we won't be able to eat dinner until close to 10pm, so we bounced and ate at the food court. I won't be coming back. We witnessed so much incompetence while waiting for close to 2 hours that it was appalling.

Had an amazing experience in the Des Moines location today. Every employee was kind and had a smile, those I spoke with were engaging in the conversation and truly had warm energy which spoke volumes of the culture in the location. I was very impressed by the manager Zach. It is clear that things are run well in the restaurant and it's refreshing to see.

It’s not every day that you get a waitress who goes above and beyond to make your dinning experience amazing. My husband and I have been here to eat several times (only on special occasions as it is a little expensive) but we have never had an experience like the one last night. Our waitress Skyler not only provided excellent service with a kind and cheerful demeanor she also offered to take our pictures, made us a special congratulations dessert, and more. If I could request Skyler to be our waitress every time I totally would. Someone needs to give this girl a raise because she definitely went above and beyond to make our night special.
