Only tried their food once it was OK but today we went there stood in front for about five minutes yelling for someone to come help us and nobody was in the kitchen or behind the register. Don’t know what happened, but that store is very easy to rob.

The Chicken Shack is a complete joke. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The sides were cold and flavorless, the service was rude and slow, and the whole place was filthy. To make it worse, the prices are absurd for food this bad. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else.

Stood inside for 10 minutes no one came to the counter. Plenty of people working. No line or customers.

I was exited to try this place for the first time, however I was dissatisfied to say the least, the buns that it came with was brunt, the fires were mediocre, however tho the potato salad was decently good

The chicken was tough but not terribly seasoned, definitely didn't compete with most fast food chicken. The fries were extremely salty. The mac and cheese tasted like Chef Boyardee heated up with some shredded cheese on top, noodles were soggy. The only decent food item was the funnel cake fries.
The service was bare minimum, took my order with an attitude and ignored me when I said thank you both as I ordered and when the food was brought out. The only good thing was the timely manner of our food but it was most likely all ready before we walked in.
Overall definitely wouldn't waste my money here, I now understand why we were the only customers in the store at 3:00pm.

The fries and funnel fries are amazing!!! Their chicken was not a hit. It had a pinch of season salt... My boyfriend took my leftover chicken to work and his coworkers assumed it was undercooked... I got the tenders and wings combo - both I took one bite and said nope. I don't like super dry meat and it makes me nauseous.

The funnel cake fries and melted cheese fries were absolutely amazing. The chicken however had about 0 seasoning to it. It was just like a hint of salt and that's it. The chicken logo is probably pointing to where the seasoning actually is because it ain't on their chicken that's for sure!

The store on Euclid has supposedly been open for an hour. According to the sign, hours posted on the business, website and online. Yet doors are locked, and drive through is unanswered. Please spend your time and money somewhere else.
Chicken Shack on Euclid Ave for some reason decided that daylight savings was to happen earlier than planned, and are still closed to the public and hour after they are supposed to be open. The food is great if they feel like serving you, but if you're in a rush (or like me, far away) I would just go somewhere else.
The girl working the front counter did good. Chicken tenders were old and dried out, the grilled chicken was the same and tasted like cardboard I honestly ate two bites. The frys were good but $45 for a hand full of fries was super disappointing. The first sign was it was 530 and nobody was there should have went to Hardee's next door.
