Parking was a bit of a pain, but the ice cream was great and the service was awesome. I'm surprised we hadn't heard of this place before. If you're interested in a quick stop to grab ice cream to go, it's a great spot. However, there isn't much space to sit down and relax. All in all, a good shop worth visiting.
The Creamery not only has great ice cream, but they also have fantastic customer service. My girlfriend and I arrived at 9 p.m. and thought they were closing so we were about to leave, but the employee inside called us in with a warm welcome and took care of us. He was patient and super helpful, which you sometimes don’t find anymore. Kudos to The Creamery for an awesome 1-2 punch. Also, the Puppy Chow ice cream is fantastic.
I absolutely love their original location in Polk City! I'm so glad they brought this to East Village so I can enjoy it more often! Their soft-serve is very creamy, and you can also customize the flavor. I like the piña colada. Their hard-packed ice cream is surprisingly really tasty, too! The Puppy Chow is fantastic! Highly recommend!
