I just tried your Snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich and it was delicious!! I am happy that my Texas HEB supermarket carries Thelma's Treats, and I am looking forward to trying your other flavors!
This is the best!! I live in Texas and was shopping in HEB.Picked up a box..I am now on my 4th Box! the Pecan is my favorite! But so is the Sugar Cookkie with the strawberry ice cream! I love treating myself to these ice cream cookies!
The most amazing ice cream cookie sandwich I have ever had in my life. Thelma‘s snickerdoodle ice cream sandwiches are to die for. There is just not one better than that. I could eat these for breakfast lunch and dinner even though I shouldn’t. The cookies are just so chewy and soft with a bit of crunch on top. The ice cream on the inside is so smooth and creamy and with the best vanilla flavor. Hoping to find the mint chocolate chip flavor.
