This is the best!! I live in Texas and was shopping in HEB.Picked up a box..I am now on my 4th Box! the Pecan is my favorite! But so is the Sugar Cookkie with the strawberry ice cream! I love treating myself to these ice cream cookies!

I'm not really a fan of cookie ice cream sandwiches because normally the cookie is stale and hard but these are so so good I started buying the 4 pack instead of the one big one because I need them to be in my freezer the only problem with these cookies are that they are so good and delicious this morning I couldn't resist eating one for breakfast 😂 I love how chewy and soft the cookie is wish you guys had a store here in Houston because I would love to try your fresh cookies. Whatever your doing keep doing it it's amazing I don't understand what people are talking about about when they say waxy taste??? They are absolutely perfect!!!!

The most amazing ice cream cookie sandwich I have ever had in my life. Thelma‘s snickerdoodle ice cream sandwiches are to die for. There is just not one better than that. I could eat these for breakfast lunch and dinner even though I shouldn’t. The cookies are just so chewy and soft with a bit of crunch on top. The ice cream on the inside is so smooth and creamy and with the best vanilla flavor. Hoping to find the mint chocolate chip flavor.
