Got some takeout for a drive home after landing in DSM Airport. We ordered when we got to our car and the food was done by the time we pulled in 7 minutes later. Guys were all super nice, food was great, and portions were generous!

I've only Doordashed, but food is good. The other person talking about the food making a mess was wrong. Either they've fixed the issue, or it was a dasher issue. My food came in a large thick paper bag with cardboard bottom & food in separate closed containers. Food like Orange Chicken comes with rice, so you don't need to order a side of rice

More than anything else, the service was fantastic, ordering was seamless. The female behind the counter, covered the different options. The male server was very welcoming and helpful. , checking in on us frequently. For a family of 7, we ordered quite a bit, the food came out very quickly and was hot and delicious. From crab Rangoon, chicken and corn soup, Lo mein, fried rice, it was all great. We would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome.
We ordered takeout frequently in the past - the food is not bad and it was very convenient. But - the last three times the food has arrived spilled and slopped all over itself. Containers are open, the paper bag it all comes in is soaked to the point of being useless. We spent $60 last night and in return got a sloppy, jumbled mess of food, wet paper and an overall disgusting experience. Tsing Tsao has lost a steady customer.

Came here tonight to order some food to go at around 4:30pm and it was pretty good. The Latino gentleman who took my order had the biggest smile on his face as he was helping me. He was very kind and pleasant and his positive attitude really made my day?. Nothing beats great customer service and I will definitely be back!??
