I’m from MN! We got 3 drinks and all were amazing! I got a honey white mocha and the milk texture is 10/10! The espresso tastes great, not sour and not too bitter! Whoever you have on bar knows what they’re doing ❤️Got through fast and the person taking our order was super nice, I’ll absolutely be back when I’m in town

One of my favorite local coffee shops! This one is a stand alone drive thru only. Everyone is always super nice. They have really good seasonal drinks if that's your thing. My all time favorite drink here though is the Iced Marshmallow Macchiato. So so good. The Jitter Big is always good too and now they have 3 different ones I believe. Their breakfast sandwiches are also delicious, not sure what the sauce they use is, but I've never had anything like it anywhere else. They also have fun seasonal treats and their acai bowls are really good too. Honestly, I've never had a bad thing there, ever.

We have been loyal customers since the south Des Moines location opened. We have collected punches on a reward card. We tried to use one of those cards recently we were told that they no longer accept them. They were not willing to honor rewards that we earned. I emailed about my concern, and they didn’t bother to even respond.

When you ask for extra hot and no foam and you get neither. And you don't know it till you drive away. Disappointed.

I normally go to Starbucks for my coffee however, I decided to try Twisted Bean on SE 14th last Saturday early morning. I was not disappointed at all! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and the barista made my drink perfectly!

Hannah is so good in customer service. She is very friendly and most welcoming. Very patient with customers.

I have been going here every week day for three years and for the first two loved everything about it. Constant turnover means unexperienced barista that hurt the quality of coffee. I had been pushing through because I loved the place and wanted time for it to settled.The final straw as to why I am not going to stop anymore is their cup policy. Even the most liberal Covid aware shops are allowing you to use your outside cups.

Love this coffee spot! They are consistent in quality and have really good prices. Places like starbucks coffee can be loaded with flavors and syrup additives making it taste too sweet and artificial. With Twisted Bean they actually balance the flavors really well without making it too sweet! Definitely a regular here.

The staff is always super friendly. Willing to give suggestions and I have always liked their suggestion when I try them. I really like the Autumn Bliss when it’s in season, otherwise the Caramel Macchiato and the Turtle- iced- are both super delicious. The breakfast sandwich and banana bread are so good too. They also always say hi to my puppers and offer him a treat, and that makes his day.
