Got my food to-go. Rice was great and well seasoned as well as the chicken. The Maduros were what I was looking forward to and it was rubbery and overcooked. I posted a photo here and it looked better than how it tasted. I also didn’t care for the yellow sauce.

Overall the food is decent.

Bring google translate if you don't speak Spanish. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful with suggestions despite the language barrier. Kids really enjoyed their meals (as did adults).

It was too hot inside the restaurant. We ordered tiger milk and it had cockroach inside it. We give that dish back and ask them not to charge for that dish but they charged for that too. When I asked for refund they said that we didn’t charge. I showed my transaction and later they said that we refunded. I asked for the receipt that time so they give me cash and it was less than what we paid. I highly recommend not to visit this restaurant. If you don’t have any other choice then cook at home instead of visit this restaurant.

Definitely, nothing about quality and care for customers. Yesterday we had a bad experience finding a baby cockroach in the middle of the dish, while we are eating!!!

I went yesterday to try Peruvian food after a while, I thought the experience would be pleasant by ordering a leche de tigre and an inca kola. What I didn't expect was that I would find a cockroach inside the tiger's milk juice. When I reported it, they didn't even apologize and wanted to prepare another one; but you couldn't continue eating in a place where you find insects in your food. So I decided to pay and leave, and when I paid they even charged me for that leche de tigre. When I returned and complained for the amount charged, they told me that they would give me a refund on my card, which evidently they did not do because they did not give me any receipt. I complained again and they gave me cash for 77% of what I had paid, saying that the difference is due to time and preparation of the dish. There is no quality care, no hygiene!!!

An absolute must for authentic and delicious Peruvian food in Iowa! We were blown away by the ceviche and pollo a la brasa and the excellent customer service. Cannot recommend this place enough and it will be a regular spot on our trips to Des Moines.

Hello, I've been there several times, I liked it, today I went and ordered Peruvian ceviche to take away and I asked for it to be spicy, but believe me, it was one thing to absorb the spice they put in it, it was impossible to eat, it's one thing to ask for something spicy and another. very different something inedible????

Love the Thai food and service is great also they have bilingual waitresses if you don't have speak English they speak Spanish which is good I recommend the food there it's delicious

If you haven’t eaten here yet, GO.Food was great - flavorful and delicious. Our server Nayeli was super helpful with recommendations and answering our questions. It was our first time having Peruvian cuisine and it definitely won’t be our last! Highly recommend.
