We had VIVA cater our wedding as we had our first date at VIVA in Urbandale. They were amazing to work with, EXTREMELY affordable, and were so thoughtful! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We also love dining in the restaurant and have great food and excellent service every time!

The service was good, but the food quality has dismissed greatly from a year ago. The strawberry margarita tasted like a juice slushy, and the pitcher was mostly ice. We had the chicken nachos Supreme which had very little chicken on it. It was mostly chips and lettuce. I certainly was disappointed by this experience.

Excellent service and super great food! We came for Cinco De Mayo and it was such a great experience!!
I ordered a salad with beef on it. The beef was well seasoned and flavorful. The Salad was fresh and crisp. There was no choice of dressing and it came with basic ranch dressing. IMHO, they could have elevated the dressing a bit with seasonings to make it unique or provided a better choice of dressings. The chips and salsa served at the table were good and the warm bean dip was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a decent place and I would eat there again.

They didn’t answer their phone so I had to order online which did not load properly the first times I tried. Not only did they forget a quesadilla AND chips along with salsa, they were so rude when I came in to pick up my order.
