I have been to this Wendy’s a few times since I live close to this one. The last three times I’ve went, they have forgotten an item every time. Forgot my potato the first time, forgot my junior cheeseburger the second time and now tonight I didn’t get my chicken tenders. When I try to call, they never answer the phone. Waste of money to even go there anymore. Figured I’d give them another shot but never again now. Horrible

100% got food poisoning from a Dave's double and a fry. I'm not even sure how unsanitary somewhere has to be in order for you to give someone food poisoning with a simple burger. The only thing that they should have even cooked was the meat patties, So I don't know if they are not storing their meat properly or they're not washing their vegetables properly or they're not washing their hands properly I don't know, but I've never been in so much pain from eating a burger before. I'm making this review 3 days later and I'm still having problems. Go to Hardee's down the road

Im giving this Wendys location 1 out of 5 stars rating. My visit here was a fast food catastrophe. I arrived 45 mins before closing. Went thru drive thru and upon ordering was told I had to create a mobile order to order my food. Doing this required me to pull out of line, download Wendy's app, create profile, and place mobile order. In total 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back. After getting the order placed, pulled back thru drive thru delt with staff that was very rude. Got my food and it was no surprise that it was craptastic too. Fries were rubber, burger was topped w a wet bun, and nuggets were dry. However, I highly recommend the pre packaged dipping sauces and the soft drinks as they were the best parts of my meal. Maybe Wendy's was just having a bad day...hope they get it figured out. I'll try them again in 6 months and see.

Food was made when I ordered it from grubhub. Fries were ice cold and the meat was like eating an a burger that was rubbed in charcoal and then thrown on the floor.

Pulled in the drive-through & a man had his pants down & was peeing in the parking lot dong full exposed facing towards the drive through. I mentioned it to the worker at the window who smiled with her black teeth & then some car pulled up bumping his sub woofers & the worker said that the manager he's kinda loud. 😳

Dan (been at Wendy's 3 weeks) was absolutely wonderful and kind!
...w/e manager who was working Sunday Oct. 5th at noon, absolutely destroyed the kind atmosphere all because Dan said the scanner wasn't working and this lady RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME belittled Dan right to his face and to mine. Zero regard to Dan being new, or that I, the customer heard her speak down to Dan.
Truly felt bad for the guy.
**get new management Wendy's.

Why is everyone so rude here? My name in the app populated to my middle name and they refused to look up my order number and told me they needed a name, and I couldn't check the order to see what it was. They were super unhelpful and rude to me about it.

This location on Friday nights are adding exorbitant add ons to your order. I have Google Maps time stamps to prove it as well as proof that after they couldn't process my order. I went across the street to Taco Johns and ordered one item that cost two dollars more and it went through on my Venmo just fine. The same card I used at Wendy's.
