My wife & I were excited to dine in the newly renovated restaurant. After not being greeted politely, my wife ordered a salad & fries, I got a burger & fries.
I waited & waited for FIFTEEN minutes for my order. At no time did ANYONE let me know why I was waiting. After watching doordash orders get filled asap, I kindly asked for a refund.
The manager who did this was extremely rude saying “so you’re gonna slow me down to do this?”

Great service and food this morning at 14th East Wendy’s. The young man at the drive through window was courteous, pleasant, and helpful. The double stack cheeseburgers were perfect in looks and taste. The cheese and bacon baked potato was excellent with plenty of cheese sauce and was very hot even after driving back to the house 7 miles. Thanks Wendy’s management and gang. Hope this encourages you as it did me.
I am disappointed. Yesterday I ordered a 4 for $4, a $5 Biggie Bag, and a medium frosty. And after paying for my meal, I proceeded to the second window. And to my surprise, within 3 minutes my order was ready. They got everything right, and all the items were fresh! My frosty was creamy and icy, my fries were nice and hot, and the burger had an amazing bite between the fresh lettuce, crunchy bacon, and hot burger patty.
