Ordered a double with cheese. Only missing the cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion and it was a single. Since no one was in the drive thru and they already had my money I couldn't drive off like the last 3 times I went there. Lucky I only had to wait 20 minutes. No going back, ever. Close it, like the SW 9th location, same service...

Food is always fine but even when there isn’t a single person inside, and only 2-3 cars in the drive through, it takes 5 times as long to get my food as it does McDonald’s, Taco Bell, etc. today I got here at 9:05 pm it is currently 9:21 and I am the 3rd car from the window still.*edit, 9:28 and I’m the 2nd car.

Sat in the drive thru for my entire 30 min lunch shift and when they finally was able to get to me it was already done too late I can't eat my lunch that I ordered and paid for because I got to go back on the clock so it was a waste of money waste of time and overall waste of judgment call on this one I thought their service would never get any lower boy was I wrong on that one

They were so rude we were missing food and drinks we asked them and we showed our receipt and the girl worker just threw the receipt in my face that was so rude and we didn’t get our food that we payed for.

The order in the app didn't make it to the store. A common problem with mobile orders according to the staff. The food was warm, yet not warm enough to melt the cheese on the chili. The chicken sandwich was dry and skimpy. Wendy's is another hit and miss option when it comes to the food.

Very rude workers at the window. They handed us our food but we had not received our drinks yet. When we told her this she got an attitude. They finally hand us our drinks and we are missing one. We tell them this and we get more attitude and eye rolling. Absolutely uncalled for, all we wanted was all of our items that we paid for.

1st for trying the muffin breakfast sandwich, and will be the last! Stale and dry the biscuits are always good should have ordered that! Potato's were ok not great! Oh well you don't know till you try so did accomplish that! Next time breakfast biscuit all the way
