Too save this place from something terrible the hiring manager should be immediately fired on the spot and a new manager needs to come and change the crew there bc how rude some employees are there is absolutely mind blowing that someone would actually hire that thing. Wow

Employees are rude and disrespectful
I'm back at the store again, and the service is worse than before! What a terrible place! The employees are inside with their cell phones in their hands! Terrible. I'll never go back to WingStop. And it takes them a long time to deliver your food.

DON'T GO HERE FOR NATIONAL WING DAY-- THEY ADVERTISE IT ONLINE WITH A PROMO CODE FREEWINGS BUT WHEN YOU GO TO CHECK OUT, IT DOESN'T APPLY THE PROMO CODE. I WENT INSIDE TO ORDER THE 5 FREE WINGS (WITH PLANS TO ORDER MORE) AND THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH SAID THAT I HAD TO WRITE A GOOGLE REVIEW AND IT COULD ONLY BE DONE ONLINE. I TRIED TO SHOW HIM THE PROMO CODE BUT HE WASN'T VERY HELPFUL. HERE IS YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW.

Jordan and Keke were a delight! Went to the store right upon open because I couldn't contain my wing cravings anymore and they brought me out fresh saucy crispy wingsssss! Will be back!
Just hopped in for a 3 piece tender real quick. Literally took a few minutes. Dude behind the counter was multitasking perfectly and my order was correct and fresh. Store was clean and I'll be back

The gentleman who was taking our orders was being rude and impatient when we were giving our orders. Because of that he got all our orders wrong and out the wrong list. He was very rude, impatient, unprofessional and inconsiderate. I tried understanding but when we confronted him he was still rude.

To receive unsauced wings when I didn’t order unsauced wings is wild. Like if you didn’t have any more “medium” wing sauce ya should’ve called. Ruins your whole meal.

I went into today during lunch time, wasn’t busy and jigar was the employee that “helped” us he rolled his eyes multiple times because we couldn’t hear what he was saying we got a 8 piece boneless meal and asked for corn instead of fries, still got the fries instead of corn then ordered another 5 count of corn. Not only was no one wearing gloves, I watched an employee put his had in his mouth and then touch food! Then we had to wait 25 minutes for our food when no one else was in the store and at the end we asked jigar to throw away our bag and he rolled his eyes again, the employees need to corrected
