Ridiculous that I place an order at 3 pm for 6:30 pm, and I'm still waiting 30+ minutes to get my food. The food is good, but not worth this wait time.

Placed an online order at 6:13pm to pick up at 6:45pm. Ordered wings well done. At pick up no employees were helping guests at the counter. Arrived at 6:45. Waited at least 5 minutes no employee greeting or acknowledgement. Food was sitting on the shelf. Got home in 5 minutes. The wings were rubbery and luke warm. The tenders were cold. The fries were limp and soggy and also cold. Obviously they cooked the order at 6:13 and not at pick up time. We wont go back. Gross!!!

Absolutely the slowest restaurant in the Des Moines area, every time it's a minimum of 20 minute wait. They will sometimes go 5-10 minutes without getting a single order out while the lobby is full of people waiting. Incredibly frustrating every time. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Wing Stop is already slow but this has to be one of the slowest in the franchise. You can order online and still be waiting for an hour when you show up to pick up the order. When I was in, there were many people waiting to order. They kept saying give us some time and we’ll be right with you only for another employee to say we’re no longer taking orders until we get caught up. And then you have other employees in the kitchen just standing around while the other kitchen workers and confused on what’s been made and what hasn’t causing the rest of us to stand around waiting. This same thing happens daily.
