The worker who gave me my order litterly gave me hard time and was very confrontational to me for not leaving a tip for my pickup order that I picked up myself and pre paid for. Does he not know that this isint even an option on the app? What a strange experience… will never come back again.

I had to wait about an hour for my order and even then they gave me the wrong order. Then I called this place to pick up my order later and they never answered the phone. Since I was craving some wings, I didn't cancel my order and had to wait. If you're a customer in a hurry, you'd better look for another place; the service is very slow.

This location reeks of sewage to the point it makes your stomach hurt. The bathrooms are filthy and always out of soap and trash overflowing. Their drink machine is broken 80% of the time too.

Since I started ordering from this location the quality and care has gone down significantly. I love Wingstop but I will drive further just to get better service and the correct food.

I ordered Wingstop through their app which was delivered through a 3rd party. The 3rd party forgot to pick up the 2nd bag for our order so I called the store and talked to the Manager, Joanna. Holy cow, what an amazing person with great customer service skills!! She looked up my order, was very kind during the conversation and offered to drive the entire newly cooked order to my house since I just had heart surgery and am not able to drive. The entire experience was perfect customer service and Joanna has the biggest heart to take time out of her busy night to help a crippled woman feed her clan of kiddos stuck at home. Forever grateful to Joanna and Wingstop

They were out of Cajun sauce for the wings. They were out of original hot sauce for the wings. The soda dispenser didn't work. With my first 2 sauce choices unavailable i opted for mild. They were OK. Came with LOTS of fries. Staff was friendly.
