I never leave reviews on Google, but I have to share how shocked I was at how legitimately awful this place was. Definitely think twice before ordering through Doordash or Grubhub.

Ordered pickup through Grubhub, was very confused when driving looking for this new ‘Wow Bao’ restaurant…somewhere in between McDonalds and Fazolis. Hmm. Check Google maps twice. Still can’t seem to find it. Is it behind Fazoli’s? Oh well, I’ll call the number for Wow Bao….*Ring*“Hi, thanks for calling Fazoli’s…”UhhhhhYeah. This is not an actual restaurant. It’s Fazoli’s trying desperately (and deceptively) to not die off like the holdover fake Italian 90’s crapola they really are.This is cheap, under portioned, frozen dreck. If you found it for $5 at a gas station you’d be overpaying. It’s a lot of rice, a tablespoon of slimy veggies, and some chicken if you were really good at ‘Where’s Waldo’.Avoid.

This is pretty bad. Orderd uber eats drinks were forgotten. Food was horrible, unedible and expensive. I found hair my dumpling which was microwaved. The orange chicken unidentifiable. Pieces are hard and dry with no orange sauce. Don't order here. We want our money back.

Ordered through DoorDash. The food is an absolute joke. We got the rice bowl of orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Each bowl had less than 7 pieces of chicken and the rest was mushy rice that disintegrated in your mouth. Terrible. Portions are small also.

Normally I'm pretty open minded trying a new place for the first time, however this place was extremely disappointing. Not only was there an obvious lack of actual chicken in both items, the quality of both the sauce and meat could be easily replicated by a microwave dinner for 1/10 the price. Basically I received cheap rice with less than mediocre sauce.

The people who say no stickers identify items are idiots!! IT’S ON THE WRAPPER!! Lol. Taste was great and reminded of an actual Bao Bun. They are sweeter in taste compared to a dumpling….just fyi.

Would give 0. Ordered Rice bowl with 3 stickers w/no peanuts. More peanuts than meat and no stickers..... Will not order again or recommend!

Ordered a Kung Pao chicken, couldn’t believe there were only 5 pieces of chicken with a full rice bowl. Other nasty stuff are ginger, green onion and cilantro ALL massed up together. Most awful ever!

Ordered through ubereats, poor Uber driver was struggling to find the restaurant to find out it’s a ghost kitchen inside fazolis. It’s been roughly an hour at this point (because the Uber driver was struggling to find the place) just to get to my house and I was missing the main meal that I ordered! The rice bowl I ordered was missing, The bao was mushy and not as tasty, the potstickers were meh and apparently there’s no difference between the dumplings and potstickers. They looked exactly the same.If I could rate 0 stars I would. Waste of time and money! Would not recommend!!!
