Stopped into zora today for lunch. Parking was easy. All of us had food and drinks and service was amazing! Our bartender was on top of all our drink orders. We had an amazing experience!!!!!

Staff was friendly, but very clearly not trained well. They struggled to get the 2 beers I ordered. Prices for beer are significantly more than elsewhere. Stayed for one drink and left. Much better places to go on Ingersoll.

Have came here twice and it has been practically dead both times. The service was great both times and the rooftop patio is awesome! They were short staffed last we came so we had to go downstairs to get drinks though. The food isn't anything special but would come back for the patio.

The lunch sandwich, as pictured in their menu, was NOT what we received, but when delivered told us that they changed it up form time time! How do you change up a “Ruben, labeled at pastrami ruben? We never got any of the additional ingredients with out asking for them! Everything was wrong, but customer service was POOR! I paid for 2 meals, all terrible, and who has NO sweetener for tea, unbelievable. Doesn’t deserve a return visit. They are thefts. took my money, did not give me what we ordered, and tried to cover up the lack of quality food!

Location has huge potential. Build quality and atmosphere are nice but the food is bland and boring. Basically a Northern Lights Pizza plus bar food. The service was acceptable. Overall not impressed with the way things turned out but it’s a lot better than the old spot at that location.

The atmosphere and the service are terrible. Parking is limited but this place is always dead so that's mostly not an issue. Last time we were here we left after sitting at the bar for 10 minutes and being ignored. That wouldn't be a huge deal except there were 2 bartenders and only 4 other patrons in the whole 1st floor. That was my 4th and final time coming here. There are so many other much better places than this in the area. I can't speak on the food. Only have had appetizers and they were mediocre.
We thought this was a restaurant but the service did not make it seem that way. They were out of chips, pasta, gluten-free bread, non-alcoholic beer and queso. One of our friends said her taco bowl just tasted like ground beef with no Mexican seasoning,There was no soap In the Mens bathroom. Service was slow, though they did seem to be trying. They brought the wrong glazed wings out for me twice. I just ate them anyway because they were endlessOur friend said her Moscow mule tasted off.I also called twice to tell them we had a group of eight coming and nobody answered the phone.Just an overall bad experience. Which is unfortunate. Hope this helps folks avoid a poor evening out.

45min to get a drink. 1.5hrs to order food.Three hours to get food that was luke warm at best. Toppings advertised as included with sandwiches was missing. We were accused of not making a reservation. We made reservations 3 months ago, and confirmed the reservation 3hrs before. Server was nice as could be, but terribly slow.

But it really it wasn’t too busy so it just seemed a bit odd!The atmosphere looks awesome - didn’t do rooftop I bet that’s nice in the summerWings were good - pizza is from others lights so that’s good too!

Only getting one star because zero is not an option. Came in on a Friday night. Environment is sweet. Our bartender was clearly new so she gets a pass. But the place was out of all condiments we ordered (ranch & blue cheese for the wings/queso for the nachos). How you don’t have ranch and queso going into a weekend is beyond me. Let management get some stuff figured out before trying this place.

Music way too loud for the whole 10 people within the building. Food was over cooked. They can afford thousands of dollars worth of speakers within their building but can't even get a water filter for that nasty DSM water. Front of house staff was extremely friendly. Bartenders and cooks need more education on the menu. Order a Cuben for it to come out with pulled pork on it ??♀️. Mule was majority Ginger beer. So much potential. Failure in execution.
