Food, when its right, is good. It's become a Joke in my house on how many time can they mess up my order. It's gotten to the point where I have to sit in the drive through and check every single item before leaving. 9 times in a row is my record for wrong items, first 3 from ordering in line and 6 more from ordering on the app. Like how hard is it to mess up two chicken strip baskets. It's always missing a sauce or I've got the wrong side. If it where up to me I would stop coming here all together, the McDonald's down the road has barely ever messed up my orders and I'd recommend them more then this place.

I ordered a sandwich that should not have been spicy but it was. The onion rings were overcooked and they gave no napkins with the messy sandwich

The chocolate ice cream was very mediocre ( no flavor) and there was hardly any hot fudge on the sundae. The worker was very bored with his job, and really didn't want to bother waiting on 2 old people. We will NOT be coming back!

On July 9th, my husband went through thr drive through and ordered a number 9 (dbl cheeseburger) with lettuce, tomato and mayo, plus a fish sandwich and an order of onion rings. We live a few blocks from the DQ in DeWitt, IA. When he handed me the burger, I could tell immediately that it was stone cold! Plus, it was a single instead of a double. The onion rings were overcooked. I immediately called the number posted to let them know about the order and it rang and rang. No one answered the phone. I tried calling several times but no one ever answered. This is the only place I found that I could vent my frustration.

Way overpriced. Good service and friendly staff. The food is DQ food. What is ridiculous is what the owner of the DeWitt location thinks he can charge and I will not be back. Times are tough all over but I will never spend $21 on lunch at my local DQ again. I ordered a cheeseburger meal, upgraded to onion rings from fries, and added a small blizzard. A few upgrades but I thought something was entered incorrectly...$21? I recently had lobster Mac n cheese, salad bar, and ice tea at The Packing House in Galesburg. Total: also $21

4 pattie hamburger bun undersized the meat tasted like it was sitting on the grill awhile and the condiments ordered was wrong. With only 2 other customers in the drive thru I would think the order would be correct
I absolutely love their ice cream products. I have never been disappointed there. They have wonderful fries and their onion rings are sufficient. Their burgers need some work. The meat doesn’t really taste like meat. But I am giving this place two thumbs up. The staff is always friendly, and talkative. They keep the inside of the restaurant clean, the lines and drive-through always move quickly, and I have yet to have them make a mistake on my order. And I have been there since they have opened quite a bit. Really the only complaint that I have there is their meat. I commend the workers and the store manager for always making my visit enjoyable! And I have witnessed them deal with some very unreasonable people very gracefully. Keep up the good work.

Spent $10 bucks on 2 cold hot dogs. Not sure what has happened with the Dairy Queen brand but this location is consistently disappointing. I know inflation is a thing but this pricing is also out of control.
