Service is very slow. Nearly every time I place in order through the app, I wait 15+ minutes for the order. This is even with a 5-7 minute drive to get there.

The person I ordered from kept trying to give me nuggets when I ordered a Mc chicken sandwich then he said that they can't make Mc chicken sandwiches into combos.... since when this has been my order for years

I agree with many others that almost every time we either wait about 15 minutes, or something is mixed up or missing. It’s very inconvenient when you have small children and expect things to be quicker, but instead you end up waiting even longer. Even when we come at different times and the place is almost empty, this still happens—so I can only imagine what it would be like with a large number of people, having to wait an hour.

I swear every single time I give this place another chance I immediately regret it. It takes FOREVER to get your food even if you PRE-order. What a joke! Management needs to revamp this place so badly.
Everytime I go here I have an issue with my order. Its always the same thing as I either get the wrong food or worse yet shorted food. The same story everytime I call and talk to a manager. We will send you coupons or make it right next time. Well next time never comes. I never receive any coupons you promise to mail or they never seem to have my name on a list. Countless times to make things right with nothing but empty promises and incompetent help. Do better. Way better. If I could give zero stars I would. For a small town establishment your service sucks. It has not improved at all. I gave you one more chance to actually get a simple order right and you failed again. This time I did not bother to call because once again you have not made it right from other times so why would this be any different. Yet they want $12-$15 hour an hour wages and can’t do a simple job.

I smoked a deer tonight off of Route 61 heading home. I was close enough to DeWitt and got off the interstate and was able to hobble my car to the nearest business, being this McDonalds. Immediately, manager Falcon (his real and ridiculously rad name) came out to make sure I was ok. He stayed with me until a police officer came, and periodically came out as I was waiting for a toe truck. He even offered to let me keep the car in their parking lot over night if it was going to save me money. He didn’t have to do any of these things, and honestly made a crappy situation feel quite a bit better. Plus, I ended up getting some grub while I was waiting and the food was great! Freshest fries I’ve had in quite some time. Thanks again for everything Falcon! I genuinely appreciate your decency. You deserve all the promotions you can get down the line and then some!

Order had items missing when I went to the counter to ask for them I was treated rudely.
I said excuse me she looked at me then turned around so I said excuse me again. The lady with 2 braids turned around put her hands in the air and said rudely I was trying to see where I was at.
Sorry, but if they had gotten my order right in the first place I wouldn't have had to bother her at all.
