Order had items missing when I went to the counter to ask for them I was treated rudely.

I said excuse me she looked at me then turned around so I said excuse me again. The lady with 2 braids turned around put her hands in the air and said rudely I was trying to see where I was at.

Sorry, but if they had gotten my order right in the first place I wouldn't have had to bother her at all.

Always slow. I have given several chances and nothing has improved. Employees are highly incompetent. The average wait time i have experienced is 18 minutes and that is ordering a single meal.

Ordered from the kiosk and there weren't any numbered table tents. When they brought the food to us they were missing some.

Worst service ever!! First they made us wait for about 15min to give us our food. Also they were more worried about where we were parked than getting us our food as fast as possible. Then they gave us less food than we ordered. So I say if your thinking about going there go elsewhere!!!

Mobile Ordered. Checked in when arrived. Notification said problem, go inside so I did.Clerk said I would receive a Refund. Did not reorder due to Time Restraint. Card was charged, still waiting on Refund. Went next Morning to speak with someone. Stood at Counter 5 Minutes was ignored. Keep my Money. Not worth my Time to deal with Terrible Customer Service. Stay Clear of this Place.

Ordered from Mobile App. Went to pickup. Checked in. Notification comes up says a Problem, ok. Went inside, Clerk says a Refund would be Issued. Still waiting. Went next Day to Inquire about Issue. Stood at Counter for 5 Minutes, Ignored by Staff. Not wasting my Time anymore. Keep the Money I spent, you will need it, Store Sucks. Terrible Service. Never again.
