an awful location, that if you read the reviews on their Google page, have a habit of taking advantage of their client base. they will either by accident or deliberately mess up an order and behave as if they have nothing to apologize for, nor will they issue a refund. Will never purchase from this company let alone this location.

Female Manager with black short hair was extremely rude. The place has bugs and never seems to make our food right The only good thing is there is a very friendly server who always makes sure to make the guest feel welcome and tells us to have safe travels home ( apologizes for the name on this acc I use it for spam emails)

Wow! I agree! It used to be so good! What happened…in one phone call I was put on hold for ten minutes, dropped the call, and was answered right away! Then they asked “are you a boy or a girl? I don’t know?” Which on me…but, for real. The manager came on the phone after my order was dropped, remade, and then they forgot part of it. He was absolutely unapologetic…never said sorry once. And gave me a refund for the barest minimum, and then, didn’t even say thanks.
Really. Amazing…top notch service…on a crazy, rainy TUESDAY night. With four staff. Amazing.

The classic Pizza Hut, complete with the checkered table cloths, stained glass chandeliers, and red plastic tumbler cups! I went to a weekday buffet and found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Pizza Hut use to be one of my favorite places EVER! HOWEVER, we just had the worst experience there & we will not be going back! We walked in, stood for 5 min before being greeted, but was greeted with “it’s only two of us today.” Okay, fine. We placed our order & waited over 25 min for our food (two flatzz pizzas & breadsticks). My fiancé ordered a Hawaiian pizza, he took his first bite & immediately bit into a an onion!! On a HAWAIIAN pizza!! The waitress that was there was “busy” taking other orders & not once came over and asked how things were. As we’re getting done, she comes over & gives us our bill. I let her know my fiancé had an onion on his Hawaiian pizza. Next thing we know, the other lady making pizzas comes over & says to me “she said you have an issue. I’m the one making pizzas”, and said all I told her was that there was an onion on his HAWAIIAN pizza. She came back with “our food gets mixed up all the time, I gave you that pizza for $5 and I didn’t have to do that.” I also did not tell her to do that either (we looked at deals online & it said additional charges for extra toppings).. okay, so just apologize, right?? However, she wanted to be rude & I let her know we saw her putting pizzas in boxes with her BARE HANDS, no GLOVES! She said “well that happens all the time, I washed my hands”. But does she wash her hands every single time after she’s touched a pizza?? Not to mention, all of the flies that were flying around in the place & our food! I normally don’t do reviews, nor complain, however this experience needed it. If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would! Needless to say, I HIGHLY don’t recommend this place & will never be going back!!

Probably the best and friendliest customer service experience I've had in 10 years. It had been year's since i had been there for the lunch buffet and knowing it was almost over. I wasn't really expecting much since we all know thats when nothing fresh is coming out. But much to my delight my hostess who I'm sure was the manager as well as my cashier lol not only let me know she was going to bring out a fresh pizza but asked my preference,even stopped and chatted with me making my lunch feel like the good old days. plus 10 stars for a 15 🌟 rating. And hostess if your reading this! I was misinformed. Happy Joe's is still open.

Got a pizza there this week. Same kind I had ordered before. But this time the pizza was horrible. I ended up throwing most of it away. The breadsticks were still good, but I will hesitate to order pizza there again.

Decided to give pizza hit one more try since last order was really sloppy and was worth only like 15 or the 55 dollars charged. So we got a taco for 25!! Dollars. It was the weakest taco pizza Ive ever had. Hardly any toppings, 4 packets of taco sauce for 8 pieces and a half a teaspoon of sour cream. The pepperoni was better priced but the sauce tasted more like tomato paste. 53 dollars on trash basically.

5/18 ordered online for pickup. 15 min estimated time. Got there 17m later and doors were locked but a line around the building for pickup. After 20min, and I hadn't moved, I gave up. Drove back by 15min later and the truck behind me was in the same spot. According to other reviews, new ownership/management is terrible. LMK when they sell again
