My granddaughter wanted Pizza Hut so we drove 20 minutes and arrive stood at the door where the sign says please wait to be seated, we wait 5 minutes, a delivery driver walked past us saw two others walking around, finally someone came over and asked if we were dining in, we say yes, I see another table has people eating, and tables with plates still sitting there, we are told it's a 50 minute wait we understand if you want to go else where to eat. Really the place is not busy, I see at least three people working but we have to wait 50 minutes, they lost our business that night and every night as this is the second time I've been there and things didn't go well, will not be back. I'll find another new pizza place to go to. We ended up going across the street to eat pizza and were told by the staff there,they already had two others coming in saying the same thing. So PIZZA HUT you lost a lot of business.

The pizza was overcooked-almost dry in spots. Hardly any cheese on it. This was a large pizza which cost 33.10 Will never order from them again. Terrible.

Ordered delivery directly from Pizza Hut then they had DoorDash deliver me someone else’s order which started a fun cycle of horrible customer service. DoorDash tried telling me to contact them who I didn’t involve in my order at all so I had to drive to the store where the manager told me he couldn’t refund my delivery fee and would have his boss call me naturally they blew me off. There are plenty of pizza places in town. This should be your last choice. Between clearly overworked employees that don’t care and bad management you will get service elsewhere

i’ve never had a good experience the 3 times i’ve been here. staff is almost always rude except for a girl with dyed hair who i dont have the name of, she was very kind. anyways they have always messed up my order, frequently giving me the wrong flavor wings or wrong pizza sauce, which caused me to get sick because i have digestive issues and tomatoes almost always make me sick. the inside is fairly clean i will give them that but everything else about this place is terrible.

Food was very good but slow to get although the cinnamon rolls were not cooked properly. Wait staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant is worn and not super clean. I wouldn't recommend dining in if you're in a rush.

I took my daughter and parents there for dinner tonight, 1st thing we got was our breadsticks and they were cold, took forever to get our desert and we had to get our wings to go because they forgot to put them down. They decided to take 5.00 off because of it and all of there menus are worn and riped. It was us and 1 other family in there and there service sucked.

No frier so they arent able to do fries. Missing bits and pieces for almost every item. I feel bad for the server who had to continuously apologize for missing items or not being able to do things.

Went to pick up my pizza like usual and was met with a miserable sloppy looking guy who rejected my $2 tip. Threw it out the window onto the ground. Said "I don't want it." If this is how he treats customers it made me wonder what he does to people's food. The ladies on duty I have never had a problem with, and their customer service is always on point! Keep that dude though, far away from the customers.
