Decided to give pizza hit one more try since last order was really sloppy and was worth only like 15 or the 55 dollars charged. So we got a taco for 25!! Dollars. It was the weakest taco pizza Ive ever had. Hardly any toppings, 4 packets of taco sauce for 8 pieces and a half a teaspoon of sour cream. The pepperoni was better priced but the sauce tasted more like tomato paste. 53 dollars on trash basically.

5/18 ordered online for pickup. 15 min estimated time. Got there 17m later and doors were locked but a line around the building for pickup. After 20min, and I hadn't moved, I gave up. Drove back by 15min later and the truck behind me was in the same spot. According to other reviews, new ownership/management is terrible. LMK when they sell again

Would leave zero stars if I could. It looks like they dropped my pizza. All of the toppings were on one side. I don't usually leave reviews, but this is ridiculous.

The recent change in upper management has unfortunately led to the loss of many great individuals who were integral to the team’s success. This transition has not only impacted morale but has also raised serious concerns about food safety. The new regional manager appears to take these standards for granted, which is deeply concerning for both employees and customers. Proper food handling and safety protocols should be a top priority, and the lack of attention in this area reflects poorly on leadership. If these issues are not addressed, it could have long-term consequences for the organization.

My granddaughter wanted Pizza Hut so we drove 20 minutes and arrive stood at the door where the sign says please wait to be seated, we wait 5 minutes, a delivery driver walked past us saw two others walking around, finally someone came over and asked if we were dining in, we say yes, I see another table has people eating, and tables with plates still sitting there, we are told it's a 50 minute wait we understand if you want to go else where to eat. Really the place is not busy, I see at least three people working but we have to wait 50 minutes, they lost our business that night and every night as this is the second time I've been there and things didn't go well, will not be back. I'll find another new pizza place to go to. We ended up going across the street to eat pizza and were told by the staff there,they already had two others coming in saying the same thing. So PIZZA HUT you lost a lot of business.

The last 3 times we've ordered from this pizza hut, it seemed like they just have no idea what's going on. None of the regular people who've been there for the last couple years, we're working their regular Friday night like they were the last couple years. I can only assume they quit. We went inside to wait for our order and it was just complete chaos in there. Orders were way behind, orders were wrong, and it seemed to be under new management, and the guy had no idea what he was doing. Since then we've only had bad experiences and wrong orders. They don't have stuff stocked and run out of things quickly all the time. The regular staff seemed flustered with the new manager or franchise owner, whatever he was, like he was coming in and ruining a perfectly good flow they've had there for the past couple years. They would get orders wrong every once in a while but not every time like it has been recently. I could write a whole lot more, but suffice it to say we will not be going back to this pizza hut until they get things figured out and get back to how they were when they were good.

i frequently get my dinner from here when at work and it’s usually perfect but recently they’ve forgotten the sauces (which are a dollar a piece, mind you) i payed extra for. i got the med stuffed crust and 16 wings with 2 dips deal and got neither of my dips, nor did i receive my extra marinara for my cheese sticks. i like their food but im getting tired of paying 2-4 extra dollars and not receiving what i payed for.

Don't ever order a double fry from them.... They only ever deliver one order never two. I had this happen 4 different times and when call they never actually give me credit to my account....
Called twice for our delivery The first time Analise lied and said it was on the way The second time she lied and said she just handed it to me She then wrote down our information for a refund wrong twice This whole process took over 90 minutes of back and forth just to not even get the food at the end of the night If she would have told the truth, I could have placed an order somewhere else

Ordered for to-go here. Never ended up showing even though we called back twice and they were apologetic. Our final call was with Anne Elise who furthered the appology but did promise us a free large pizza, a free medium pizza and 2 orders of breadsticks, On top of a refund.
This is actually a really nice place to eat, and I will happily change this to a 5 star review pending Anne Elises' offer coming to fruition.

The pizza was overcooked-almost dry in spots. Hardly any cheese on it. This was a large pizza which cost 33.10 Will never order from them again. Terrible.

Ordered delivery directly from Pizza Hut then they had DoorDash deliver me someone else’s order which started a fun cycle of horrible customer service. DoorDash tried telling me to contact them who I didn’t involve in my order at all so I had to drive to the store where the manager told me he couldn’t refund my delivery fee and would have his boss call me naturally they blew me off. There are plenty of pizza places in town. This should be your last choice. Between clearly overworked employees that don’t care and bad management you will get service elsewhere
