Very friendly people. Great little Cafe. Was stopping for breakfast... they stopped serving breakfast at 10. A little too early to stop serving breakfast in my opinion... had lunch instead. Decent food .. nice people
The food is cooked perfectly every time. The atmosphere is down home country everyone is talking to each other and having a good time. Mike and Ryan are great hosts on top of your orders and drink refills without hesitation. Will frequent this place often.
On our way to Omaha, Ne, we stopped at a restarea in Woodbury Count, IA, just south of Sioux City. This is not one of the typical rest areas with a restroom, a vending machine and some brochures. A real person in the information centre gave us some hints for the trip towards Des Moines, IA. We got the advice, get off I80 at Adair and follow the 925 (White Pole Road). Along the road we felt the urge for coffee. And end of the map we found Dexter Café. Far from the up-to-date coffee-houses...
