O'Meara's and Two Doors Down

Since the new owners took over, I've been there 4 times now. Very impressed with the service, staff, and food. The last 2 times have been with my kids. Michael, Jess, Rich, Natasha excellent Service. But Rachel is killing it in the kitchen! Place is usually packed, not long wait time, food is excellent, staff is extremely friendly and service is excellent. If you're 45-60 minutes from Dow City, a must try! The Sirloin is my favorite. Lot of good places in western Iowa, but feel blessed to have this 8 miles from home. Thank you to everyone that works hard to deliver a very pleasant experience at this establishment. Highly recommend!!!

Ordered delmonico and got a sirloin that was over cooked, all but burnt on one side. It's served cut up and dry. Very disappointing. Waitress nice but not asked how food was. Very loud in bar area.

This place was outstanding!! Wings are delicious and the Crab Rangoon Pizza was so good!! Great service and atmosphere!

1st time eating dinner here. It was absolutely fantastic. I had the 8 Oz sirloin cooked to perfection. My husband had a massive ribeye. The thing was a monster. He said a great steak and he could barely finish half. We also ordered food to go for the kids and it came out just as we finished our meal. Best mini date after a great weekend back home. Thanks to Rachel and Connie for the spectacular food.

I am reviewing as both an employee and regular customer :)

First, I started dining at O’Meara’s 5 years ago when she first opened. It has always been such a staple to our small town, and our family. The fact it’s kid friendly, and there are so many special events she holds for all ages is HUGE!

Second, as an employee - I enjoy working there and getting to serve people and show them how great this restaurant is for our small town and surrounding areas! I love hearing people say they drive 30+ minutes for a meal. I enjoy all of the new people I’ve been able to meet and most of all learning and growing with the menu!

Amazing bone-in wings and very friendly staff; definitely worth the drive!

We visited O’Meara’s on Wing night! They were cooked perfect and so delicious. Was served nice cold beer and staff was super friendly. Highly recommended

Came and had dinner on $1 wing night good sized wings not the little bitty ones they’ve also changed their dry rub very good imo
