Stopped there today about 4:45. Ordered 2 double roast beef. Absolute worst sandwich we ever had. Dry meat and bun. Horrible. And it took them forever to get our order. Went through drive thru. When I pulled up a little to look in the window to see what was going on, saw 3 young males standing together looking in an Arby's bag. Mind you no one else was in line. Can't understand why this order took so long. A waste of almost $14. Will never use this location again. Horrible Go to the one downtown. Always friendly staff and excellent food.

Forgot to put my sauce packet in the bag, order was only a single sandwich and the sauce... Went inside to get the sauce, the place was a disgusting mess, employees on their phones and talking to each other. Nobody even saw me waiting at the counter until I had to very awkwardly and loudly clear my throat. The food was the same low quality garbage I've come to expect from Arby's, but the price and the poor customer service are enough to say I won't be back.

This place sucks every time I go there my order is wrong I went today and ordered two chicken cordon bleu combos both large and I got home and all I have is a chicken sandwich and of course nobody will answer the phone I will not come back to this place anymore it's nothing but a joke and when you call them and get them on the phone they always say there's nothing they can do about it so you just lost my business sorry not sorry

We stopped at the one on jfk tonight and had the worst service Ive ever encountered. I went inside to order carry out. The young guy(Michael) at the register could not ring up the order right he said he was new. Asked for help the other male did the register. I had a meal coupon for 2 sand 2 nugget 4 fries and a mozzarella stick order. After waiting 10 minutes as he walked around like he never worked before I asked for my food which was sitting in a bag next to the fryer he said I dont need to take your fu@#* bitching were short staffed I'm waiting on mozz sticks to cook I said they've been down in fryer this whole time he continued to cuss at me then the manager Chaz walked in and I tried to explain and Michael just went off and said I quit and he kept swearing at me. Finally the manager gave me the bag when we got home there was no mozz sticks after Michael freaked out about waiting for them. I did call the store back he said ill mail u a coupon which i declined due to I didn't want that guy to have my address. I've worked in fast food before you never argue and especially never swear at a customer. Will never go to that place again.

When I went to Arby's recently, I quickly found out how the customer service was.
The woman talking through the speaker at the drive thru seemed very careless and bored out of her mind. She also wasn't very nice.
Otherwise the food was decent enough. Tastes alright. The curly fries and sauces are always the best part

Came to get the sauces they didn't give me earlier. The 2 evening females working was very rude when I ask at the drive through. They said they don't give the sauces after. I was at work so I had to wait five hours before I got off to get my sauces. I said if I have to I will pay for them. They said they don't charge for them. And then when I pulled up to the drive through window. One of the females tossed this sauce at my hand and they fell on the ground. I said answer if I could get new ones. And The second female yelled at me saying now she has to go out there to clean it up. And then the first female yelled at me.Telling me I shouldn't have been so rude. Was on Wednesday may 15th around 9:30pm. The JFK Arby's in Dubuque Iowa.
Decent enough food, but not the best customer service. Employees were yelling and tried to avoid taking my order when I walked up to the counter. Recommendations are subjective, so I can’t say whether or not it’s worth coming here.
