This is the second time I’ve ordered take out here(not that dine in has been any better). I don’t expect much but include sauce when ordered. No blue cheese, dipping sauce, honey garlic, or fries. I pay for convenience since you are a chain, but this one needs to start getting orders right. They did comp some of the meals after a call which is why service isn’t a 0

Not a review person, but putting one as I've just had so many bad experiences recently. Online orders are ALWAYS late, usually by a substantial time, food is room temp at best (sometimes not even), and last few orders have been wrong. One order they remade it and told us when to pick it up. Even the remake was 30 minutes later than they said and it was STILL wrong. Wings and sauce usually have good flavor, but sometimes they're bone dry and other times dripping of sauce, very inconsistent. Half the time I order bone in wings and end up getting boneless. Pretty often have an upset stomach the next day. Used to be my favorite place years ago, but sadly has gone way down in management and quality recently.

No wonder it’s rated at 3.5 for this location - horrible all around. Ordered $400 worth of wings with 4 - yes 4 - hours lead time. Had to wait 35 minutes. Complained to manager Andre who got defensive and told us how we “didn’t understand how busy we were”. Seriously??? Basically screw you but thanks for the large order. Andre needs some serious customer service training if he’s allowed to be in management. Kudos to bartender Becca though for at least trying to help out.
Oh - and the best part - after 4 hours lead time - they screwed up the order. When called - they offered $10 credit for a $30 order.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Order from someone else.

Ordered door dash and they mixed the wings and sauces together. Wings were cold and tasted like crap with sauces mixed together. Put queso on the fries when I ordered it as a side. When I asked for a refund or discount they blamed door dash. Place is absolute garbage with horrible customer service. This is last time I will give them any business. It was a $70 order fyi.

The manager there her name is candy. I have been there a couple times and seen her treat her employees and customers terrible!! This time while there I had it and had to make a review. She followed after a worker in the dining room following behind yelling at him making a huge scene. The wait time was terrible! She kicked one table out and called the cops on them because they complained about the food. Is a horrible management choice and an embarrassment. There are roaches that crawl across the bar and one of the workers said it is common. It is dirty. Terribly ran. Terrible management. I will not come back mainly because of the horrible way customers are treated by so called management

20 mins past due order time. Then I get home and 15 of the 20 things I ordered had like no sauce at all on them. Ordered 4 diff wing sauces and they put one sauce on those wings but the rest were basically eating chicken nuggets with no sauce. Will not be returning that's uncalled for

Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before bringing my family here. Food wasn’t fresh and it was slightly warm. We waited 30 mins for it not to be hot. They’re really damaging the brand. On top of that, when we got the waitress attention, she had the nerve to say “WHAT!” Then tried to smooth it over, saying that sounded rude. No maam! That WAS rude! The manager came to apologize and take the food away to bring us fresh food but it was the same food 😒. Horrible experience across the board.

Our food was very good. Our service was ok. Server didn't really check up on us very much. We had run out of ketchup and drinks, waited quite awhile and had to ask another server to get ours

Did a online order for 7:20pm had to wait until 7:55 to get the order. My whole order was messed up called to get it fixed. Was told that it was going to be ready at 8:30. Got there at 8:34. Was not ready. Decided to give up at 8:50 and ask for a refund on my food since I was still waiting on food

Service was ok not great, food was absolutely terrible, served cold wings with almost no sauce . The bdubs i used to love back in 2017 and 18 is gone this is the third time coming here and having horrible food everytime will no longer be going plus was almost 50 dollars would not recommend
