Our food was very good. Our service was ok. Server didn't really check up on us very much. We had run out of ketchup and drinks, waited quite awhile and had to ask another server to get ours
UPDATE***** I have not tried the food again so I’ll keep you posted but I am updating to a 5 star due to customer service the manager reached out in less than 24 hours and made this right I have high hopes ❤️
We did carry out from here. Overall Buffalo Wild Wings is a pretty good chain but this specific location has struggled since Covid. I am not sure if the owners don’t pay the staff enough or they maybe struggle with management. In looking at past reviews I will say the food has always been good and cooked properly. The problem comes in with service and accuracy. I would tell you always to check the order before leaving. We have gluten free and need traditional wings and the staff...
