I came in and ordered some food this morning. It was hot and fresh, but the service sucked smh he acting like I was disturbing him.

I practically got yelled at over the phone, a paying customer mind you, because management failed to bring in enough employees for the dinner rush,... all I had was a question how about the Burger King app of which he said he had no time for,.... Outright telling me he had no time to open the lobby,.... Over the application orders,.... Or any variant thereof IE Uber eats/GrubHub and would only be filling orders through the drive-thru which did not answer my question and apparently had no time for in the sales that his location rightly should have been honoring & the short disrespectful way he answered me made me wonder about what kind of leadership Burger King has when one of their employees/managers talks to paying customers in such a rude disrespectful way it literally ruined the evening for me and my family as we were planning to have Burger King's famous$4 Whopper Wednesday

After a bad experience at Taco Bell came to burker king. The man working was so polite and was not in a hurry at all. I was able to take my time looking at menu without being rushed. Very helpful with questions I had. Sad the ice cream machine was not working but he talked me in to the hersey pie yummy!. Keep up the great service :)
