Got the new fried pickle ranch sandwich and fires both where nasty sandwich had no taste and fries where the worst I've had only think that was good was the drink wife got a Royal chicken sandwich as soon as she copy it there was hair in side the sandwich never going back

I mainly work at night, and didn't have any lunch yesterday, due to the fact that I don't work well on a full stomach. For that reason as well, I did not have any dinner, as I work at night, and was driving to work for about 5 hours last night, then after working, driving another 4 hours back to Dubuque, and I chose this burger king, due to the number of stars, and the distance from my place. When I approached the counter, the gentleman that I spoke to, was very polite, and professional, and I hold nothing against the staff whatsoever. I'm sure the food here is very good, and the staff works very hard to make every customer happy. However, it seems that the old slogan of Burger King, "Have It Your Way", is no longer in effect. I arrived at 9:45 roughly in the morning, and was really craving a lunch/dinner like meal from Burger King. I even quoted the "Have It Your Way" slogan, as I had asked if they could make me a burger and fries, and they said they can't do that until 10:30 a.m. I explained that the breakfast sandwiches and meals rip my stomach to shreds, and he apologized, but its policy. When did policy, take over compassion add human understanding, and the willingness to do for others in a special situation? That would have been true customer service, but instead, these people are bound by Burger King policies and schedules. They cannot falter from these policies and schedules, or be penalized most likely by their superiors, who probably went to Burger King College to obtain the great position that they hold! I'm going to go find a Culver's or a Freddy's. Perhaps they will serve me a bacon double cheeseburger and large fries this early in the morning.

I believe that this burger King has pretty good food, however as with most drive-thru places, there are some problems.

1. Whenever I go there they aren't open

2. Drive thru staff sometimes seem careless

Otherwise it's a pretty basic burger king.

$16 I ordered a whopper no cheese, chicken wrap. Whopper had cheese on it and tasted horrible. Got a chicken sandwich instead of wrap. Didn't have time to run back. So ate what I could. Never again.

Tried to order French toast on the mobile app and when I got there they said that I had to be there before 10:30 for them to make it when I called the night before and they told me they make breakfast until 11 so I asked for a refund because I spend 10$ on food they refused to give me and they didn’t give me a refund either

I went through the drive-thru to order breakfast for me and my husband. I ordered 2 breakfast croissant meals with 2 orange juices, and then I also ordered 2 French toast sticks. The guy taking my order made a comment, "Somebody's hungry." I was like, that is not a comment you should be making. I get my food and drive home. The French toast sticks were mushy. My husband spit his out. I won't be coming back to this Burger King ever.

Went through the drive thru to get my 2 rodeo cheeseburgers and lg halfsies. Ordered 4 honey mustard which cost .19 cents. Get less than 2 buildings away while pawing through my bag I realized there was no honey mustard. I pulled over to turn around to also discover my halfsies was only half full.I get back and tell them and he told me “ I don’t believe that for a second” called me a liar. Girl in the background was being very unprofessional and quite absurd about not doing her job properly so I just got my money back.Get your attitudes in check late night crew. I was craving those burgers for about 2 hours and you ruined it for me ?

Ordered 6 meals and only 3 of them were right, it's like they don't care about special orders. My son is allergic to onions and his no onion sandwich had onions, ordered a whopper no pickle and all I could taste was the 6 pickles on my burger. Not worth the time to get anything replaced and get another messed up order.
