Yesterday, I stopped by Candle Ready Cakes, and it was a great experience! The macarons were flawless, and the gluten-free cupcakes were delicious. The new store is charming as well. I highly recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth!

We have been ordering cakes from Candle Ready since we moved to the area 7 years ago. We've always had great experiences until this year. At Christmastime I ordered the cookie decorating kit. The website showed large, doughy sugar cookies but what we received were thin, crispy, image pressed, small cookies. The frosting consistencies were off too. Having had the gourmet Java cake a few years ago and loving it, I decided to do it again. Unfortunately the cake was dry almost like it had been refrigerated or frozen for a long time? Every piece fell apart in dry chunks. We were all disappointed with it. I'm not sure if something has changed with the move or bakers? I will probably give it one more try. They offer a lot of fun options.

I scheduled a pick up on Valentine's day for cupcakes. The store was busy, but I waited less than a minute to be greeted by the owner with a smile. Convenient and fast pick up for a great product my kids and wife love.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten-free cupcake options.
