Unfortunately, Caroline’s has gone downhill severely over the years. Twice now our orders have been messed up. First time no au jus with the French dip. Second time no thousand island on the Reuben. It’s like they insist on serving me a dry sandwich. Called to talk to a manager and was left on hold. Won’t be going back.
Excellent food at a very reasonable price. We had dinner here twice and breakfast while staying at the hotel and every dish has been exceptional.
Unfortunately I would not recommend Caroline's, been here a couple times and both times were not good experiences but this last one definitely will not have me coming back. Made reservations for Easter at 1:00pm for our family of 11 (4kids), everyone ordered a drink and she took our order right away - an hour and 20 minutes later no food yet, ask the nice waitress how much longer, she informed us there were 3 small orders and 1 large order ahead of ours yet.
