Revising from 2 years ago (was 5 stars): The coffee here is consistently terrible now. You HAVE to flavor it to make it drinkable. It's much worse than Starbucks, but now equally as expensive. costs do not justify the quality of food (not fresh) or coffee. Been here many many times too, and it's sad how it's degraded to what it is now. today was my last visit.

Excellent. Very Cute place for coffee. This place does appears to be very popular and it did take some time to get our coffee orders so if you are in a hurry this might not be the place for you.

Ordered a 16oz mocha, that wasn’t cheap by the way. The server brings out a 12oz cup. I explain this is not what I ordered. They go back and return 30 seconds later with a 16oz cup. Clearly just added 4oz of milk. This is unacceptable and I will not be back.

Never paid so much for a coffee! 9.50, 20 something for the two of us. Our other place which will stick with gives us an extra 8 oz for 7 bucks. Nice place but yikes!
We stopped in for a good cup of coffee on our stay downtown, and we were not disappointed. Nice coffee house atmosphere, and the coffee and lemon-blueberry scone were delicious! Parking was limited, but we're not familiar with the area, so maybe we missed more available spots.

Adorable little coffee shop that offered sweets and food. Set up inside is very quaint! Good coffee. The apple empanada was delicious!

Went in there around 3:00 to get a Chai Tea to finish out the day. Person at the order line was just standing there visiting with the blond guy who was taking orders. They kept visiting and finally she started ordering but then the two kept visiting also. I stood there for a little while longer and then this dark haired girl came up to the front and started visiting also - not asking me if she could help. Finally I said on a rather loud voice, could you tell me where I can order. She then said order line was where the two were visiting. The lady finally took the hint and the blond kid did take my order and then let me wait another 10 min. For just a chai! I am old but not stupid - very poor service and we have always liked Charlotte’s when we come to Dubuque but not anymore! Back to Starbucks!!!

So much personality in this place, I'd love to come here regularly if I lived in town. We enjoyed our experience, the food and the service. Thank you for the parking lot in back so we don't expend more money in meters.

Excellent. Very Cute place for coffee. This place does appears to be very popular and it did take some time to get our coffee orders so if you are in a hurry this might not be the place for you.
