Charlotte's Coffee House Drive Thru

I ordered a latte and an acai bowl to-go. 20 mins later... 3 inside orders and 15-20 drive-thru orders filled behind me...still waiting.

My partner and I want to applaud the staff members who worked Labor Day Weekend. We witnessed some inappropriate behavior from a customer who spoke very disrespectfully to an employee, yet the employee remained professional and handled the whole situation patiently and with grace. Kudos to that employee for responding so calmly in an interaction that was distressing to observe, let alone experience firsthand. And a big shout-out to all Charlotte's staff who worked the weekend of Labor Day, a holiday which celebrates the contributions and achievements of American workers -- THANK YOU!
(PS: Our iced decaf lattes were delicious!)

My iced drink is always served warm. Very disappointing

Never paid so much for a coffee! 9.50, 20 something for the two of us. Our other place which will stick with gives us an extra 8 oz for 7 bucks. Nice place but yikes!

I have never waited so long (over 10 minutes) for 2 cups of coffee. Not fancy coffee either. 1 black and one with cream. But they have time to put things in the fridge/freezer. They at least could have said they were running behind or something. Worst customer service ever at a coffee shop. Not recommended.

Went in there around 3:00 to get a Chai Tea to finish out the day. Person at the order line was just standing there visiting with the blond guy who was taking orders. They kept visiting and finally she started ordering but then the two kept visiting also. I stood there for a little while longer and then this dark haired girl came up to the front and started visiting also - not asking me if she could help. Finally I said on a rather loud voice, could you tell me where I can order. She then said order line was where the two were visiting. The lady finally took the hint and the blond kid did take my order and then let me wait another 10 min. For just a chai! I am old but not stupid - very poor service and we have always liked Charlotte’s when we come to Dubuque but not anymore! Back to Starbucks!!!

Their fall drinks are amazing! Such a cute coffee shop and definitely very popular!

The food and coffee is amazing 💛 the staff is super sweet too. The atmosphere gives a very relaxing vibe!

The drive through location is quick and easy. Good quality for what it is, limited menu options which is fine becasue it means they can get through the line quickly. I prefer this for pickup over the downtown location just for the logistics and wait times. Very friendly staff!

Charlotte's is such a treasure in Dubuque. My family was there for four days and out of all the restaurants and stops that we had, this is what stood out. The coffee was extremely aromatic and unlike any that I've had. For lunch, I got the Chicken Quesadilla which was fantastic; it's not common to find food like this in a coffee house. Almost everyone in my family bought merchandise from Charlotte's since it left such an impression!
