My partner and I want to applaud the staff members who worked Labor Day Weekend. We witnessed some inappropriate behavior from a customer who spoke very disrespectfully to an employee, yet the employee remained professional and handled the whole situation patiently and with grace. Kudos to that employee for responding so calmly in an interaction that was distressing to observe, let alone experience firsthand. And a big shout-out to all Charlotte's staff who worked the weekend...

The drive through location is quick and easy. Good quality for what it is, limited menu options which is fine becasue it means they can get through the line quickly. I prefer this for pickup over the downtown location just for the logistics and wait times. Very friendly staff!

Charlotte's is such a treasure in Dubuque. My family was there for four days and out of all the restaurants and stops that we had, this is what stood out. The coffee was extremely aromatic and unlike any that I've had. For lunch, I got the Chicken Quesadilla which was fantastic; it's not common to find food like this in a coffee house. Almost everyone in my family bought merchandise from Charlotte's since it left such an impression!
