Everything is fine, I just don’t like that the fountain drink machine is not in the lobby. I don’t wanna have to fight through a crowd of people at the registered to get a refill. That’s why I never dine in.
Food was very dry. It was old/reheated. We waited for 30 minutes and had to go back in to get straws. They gave us a free meal but not sure it is worth going back to claim it. Two meals were purchased.

I used to visit a 3 to 4 times per week for breakfast or dinner. The food quality in all aspects became very inconsistent. I took a few month hiatus, then decided to visit again but maybe visiting once a month. Now with going to lower quality chicken being offered at Chick-fil-A on top everything else, I see no reason to visit anymore! What a shame.

First time stopping by here from Chicago. Everything was fine for the most part, but service could be a little bit better. I had ordered two things after my initial order, but they arrived at our table late (after we were pretty much done eating). I understand that it's busy (based off experiencing Chicago locations haha), so don't really mind. Overall, was a pleasant experience.

First and last time here. I ordered the spicy crispy chicken club meal. It's costs 10.50. It's quality was just ok, nothing special. I can get a spicy McChicken for way cheaper. That's what I will do next time.
