Good food. The walkway was hazardous nearly an entire day after the snowstorm was over.

My boyfriend ordered for me and I told him what I wanted and even sent a Pic as if I was to place an order for pick up and he got home I was so excited only to find out... it was EXTREMELY SPICY!!! god... this ruined my night
. I'm so mad!!! What the heck I'm simple but for once I wanted to try fajita vegetables as I was told they are non spicy but I can just smell the spice after opening the top. I'm HEARTBROKEN!😭😭 I ordered white rice chicken sour cream lettuce cheese tomato and (for once fajita veggie) but ... what the hell!!!
I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Almost every time I visit, they’re out of key ingredients—sometimes multiple items—which makes it impossible to order what you came for. The restaurant is often noticeably dirty, with tables and the serving line in need of attention. What’s even more frustrating is that there always seem to be more employees standing around than actually working.
On top of that, asking for something simple like extra rice turns into an argument, as if you’re inconveniencing them by being a customer. The overall atmosphere feels disorganized, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. At this point, visiting this location has become more of a hassle than it’s worth. I truly hope management steps in and makes improvements, because the potential is there—but right now, the experience falls far below expectations.

Came on Sunday at 12:15pm. About 6 people in line and 2 seated. Only had chicken ready otherwise will be a wait. No ice in soda machine. All tables dirty. All trash were full. No paper towels in men's restroom. Just can't understand why it's the customers responsibility to bring these issues up. Must be the obvious lack of management. Sorry, won't be back.

I often eat at Chipotle and usually the experience is a good one. I sent in an online order and when I arrived I was immediately disgusted by how dirty the entire restaurant was, and they were not busy. The area in which they prepare food was so dirty with food all over the prep area. While I was waiting for my order, I watched one of their line cooks stick his hand in his pants for a quick scratch and then went right back to assembling an order. Keep in mind he did not have gloves on either before or after the “pants” incident. Once I saw this I asked to speak to a manager. The manager and I spoke and she was very nice, and said she would handle the issue immediately. She kindly refunded my order and was equally disappointed in her staff.

We drove 30 minutes to eat chipotle we arrived at 8pm they only had steak, I said ok give me steak salad he puts little of everything, like very little. I ask for extra rice, and what a big mistake. we drove back home and we started eating it, but everything was simple not flavor at all and the rice was so hard, they didn’t cook it well

Apparently, a regular scoop of anything is considered “double” or “extra”. When mentioned about the portions they give out, the guy said that they are “stingy” with it. Also, a Five Guys worker next door came over and complained about how inconsiderate this place is about where the trash is taken out. Very uncomfortable. If they can’t take care of their trash, imagine how they take care of portions here.
I'm really trying to figure out how management can allow the same issues to continue with this place! No chicken, so the lady first in line calls for more chicken. The guy starts to cut up more chicken, then a guy grabs a small plastic container for a side of guacamole or sour cream, then Scoops up some chicken and places it on the rice filled burrito. Then he proceeds to look at me and ask if I want double meat. Being a complete smart-ass! The three people in front of me received a heaping ladle full from the lady, yet the guy who scooped the chicken for my burrito gave me 2 ounces if lucky. There NEEDS to be consistency with food and service! Both at this point for the Dubuque Chipotle Location suck!!!!

I ordered ahead, the girl who made the tacos barely put any toppings on the tacos, a tablespoon of beans and rice and 3 leafs of lettuce is hardly worthy the effort. Im used to a well loaded taco when I come in. Usually one taco is good, for the small amount that was in the taco, I needed like 3 to make up for what I got. Also, no one wants the taco wrapped so tightly in foil that it reinterates that there is hardly anything in the taco.
