Thrown together $9 burrito lacking meat, loaded up with cheap ingredients like rice and delivered to the register with a rude attitude!

The service is one of the worst of all the shops I have visited. There's no more drinks in the dispenser. Just a little bit of meat, really a little bit. I've never seen such a cheap shop. I won't go back.

I only received the two burrito bowls when I ordered, I paid for a total of 6 items. This is the second time my order was delivered incorrectly from chipotle. They consistently forget items and there is no call line to make up for missing items. I didn’t receive 4 items I purchased on one small order… 4 ITEMS is crazy. There is absolutely no way to contact chipotle directly if you have an issue, the support line doesn’t allow chipotle to make mistakes. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If you really want chipotle in Dubuque make sure you are in the store, online ordering through chipotle is abysmal…

I've probably come to this restaurant 30-40 times in the past year, usually made mobile orders. Without fail I'm left waiting 10-20 minutes after showing up on time. I tried everything, ordering at a less busy hour, showing up 10-20 minutes late. The mobile order machine is right across from the register and no one seems to notice it until they wonder why I'm standing there. Not once did I voice a complaint, but I eventually stopped tipping in advance. I don't enjoy doing this, and I don't go out of my way in this manner for free food.
Yesterday I had given up for months only to come back for the same experience and the smallest burrito I'd ever seen by the time I got home. This is not worth the money I'm paying, and that's nothing to speak of the corporate greed price hike on the horizon. I'm not even sure if I should blame the employees over the company. They seem hit or miss but some appear to really care. There's a tall white guy that may or may not be in a manager position looking like he's trying to save a sinking ship. That one deserves a medal. Take one look on Reddit and you'll find an endless sea of employees and customers alike throwing Chipotle under the bus. Some employees seem to be begging the internet to stop placing mobile orders. Common phrasing seems to be "skeleton crew."
Chipotle's website and automated assistant (Pepper) acts as a barrier between customers and resolution. It's sad to see the corporate response to all these google reviews sending customers there. I tried telling Pepper my order was late and it responded by saying it was received on time, which was an absolute lie. I eventually got a hold of a number to call and voiced my complaints concerning my experiences and was told I'd receive a free entree. I woke up to find a free fountain drink for redemption on my account. When I called about this, it was the same person I had spoken to claiming they said otherwise. (Is there one person working the phone?) I don't know what to say here, I don't normally use the word entree and I didn't imagine it. She tried to compensate the conversation by changing the drink to some chips.
One free entree wouldn't have made me feel better anyway. I don't like being lied to about when to show up. I don't like being lied to about the order being picked up on time. I don't like being lied to about rewards. Overall this company is capsizing and it's showing in a multitude of ways. My heart does go out to any of the employees at this or other locations struggling with whatever happened to this chain. (Never take it out on the person at the register.) It's ridiculous the amount of times I've acted on good faith, though. Can't say I've ever called a fast food company; first time for everything.

They just take you and your money as a joke. If you ask for something extra it feels they give you less than a regular portion. Cold food and constantly forgetting items. Or your order gets stolen and it take them an extra 30 minutes just to make it for you again. I get it's just a job, but when food is that expensive, you should be recievong the quality that chipotle promises. Overall just do better. Be a better person and just do the job right.

My friend and I came here for lunch and we put our online order in at 12:50pm and our pickup time was for 1:10pm. We went inside at 1:15 and sat down to wait for a little bit, we kept gradually checking to see if our order was ready and it still wasn’t ready at 1:45 (it’s almost been an hour at this point) granted they were busy and I know how that goes as I worked at subway for 4 years, but we never made customers wait no longer than 10 minutes! I went to the register and she had asked me what my name was for my order and I told her. She told me that they think they accidentally put my order in with another persons bag!! So then they remade my order and when I opened it they didn’t put my xtra rice or my xtra sour cream! I’ll be waiting a while before I come back again. And also their tables are always messy and gross.

Out of cheese, somehow. Had over 10 bowls just sitting behind the counter including my own, cashier couldn’t keep up, guy kept serving more bowls. There’s some serious management issues at this location

My order was placed online. It was supposed to be ready at 11:40. I showed up at 11:50 and gave them my name. The order was not ready, and they proceeded to place my order behind two other orders and everyone else in line. I literally would have gotten my food faster if I just showed up and ordered in person, which is ridiculous

Our pick up time was 3:50pm and we showed up at 4. When we arrived we told the staff that we had a pickup order- that’s when they started to make it. We waited an additional 25minutes in the restaurant before our food was ready. When we looked at the food, the salad was completely wrong.
- there was no lettuce
- it was the wrong rice
- there were both types of beans (only ordered black)
- the corn salsa was missing
- there was a pound of guacamole (not ordered)
- there was cheese on top (not ordered)

Online orders are never ready and food is just thrown into the bag. Way overpriced for the amount of food you get.
