If I could give zero stars I would. Rice was completely uncooked. Like freaking pebbles in my food. It was cold. Barely anything in there. Store was disgusting. Trash way overflowing. And all these teenage kids just listening to music I. The back. Worst experience at any chipotle! Do no go there!

This chipotle has probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The staff was unhelpful and rude when I asked how long the pick up order would take (it was 20 min late). I asked how long it would be and the cashier said "chill out". Canceled my order and never going back.

Took my family out for lunch and was very disappointed with the food, and nasty attitude the employees gave us for no reason especially since we did spend $58 on a family of three which was ridiculous definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone
My chips were soggy and cold and my burrito was basically crumpled up instead of rolled. Staff needs proper training.

The food tasted okay, but the service from the employees and the inside of the restaurant was terrible. Floors were absolutely disgusting and none of the tables were cleaned. The soda machine was leaking water from the ice machine. The other drinks were spilling all over and into the silverware storage.I could not get the attention from employees for different silverware also.They put so much stuff in my burrito (which is okay) but it was so mushy and I couldn’t really eat it without it spilling everywhere.I got here around 1:30pm on a Saturday.

I have never eaten at this place, not interested in paying $15 for a bowl of rice and sauce with a sprinkle of meat on top. But I have picked up many deliveries through doordash. One thing this place has an issue with is being clean. I will include a photograph of said store. It would not be so bad if the place was busy and looked like this but it was not, there was like one person there and this is not a first time occurrence for this place being disgusting. I gave them 3 stars for the food and service because I have never had the food, way out of my price range and the service seems ok usually, but not always.God bless

Says 10pm on door lucky if they are open until 8. All good though lose hour of business plus the 8:40 door locked is funny to me just pure laziness.
Yikes. I'm sure the team members are doing exactly what they're trained and supported to do. It appears that management just doesn't care.Our orders and our friends' orders were wrong (no protein, wrong protein, missing toppings), and they forgot about 30% of the items we ordered. Guac, chips, drinks, drink cups, fruit cups, utensils.Genuinely, I don't blame the team members. This is the fault of management for not setting their team up to be successful. What an embarrassment.For what it's worth, they weren't busy.

Unfortunately I was at this location when it was a busy lunch time. Any open tables were really messy so I decided to eat in my car. I just really didn't like how messy the counter was where the workers were assembling my lunch. It really needed to be wiped down.

I had placed an online order for 11:30. When I got to Chipotle my order was not done. Upon realization they did not put my order on the online pickup stand and I was standing there waiting for over 40 minutes until a worker asked what my name was for my order. No one would help me when I got there. Not only was my food super cold, my order was wrong it did not have half the stuff that I paid extra for in my tacos and burritos.
