Took forever to even get halfway and the menu is so confusing by the Time i figured out how to read the menu I was shocked at how expensive it is!!! Who In the hell charges for a plain waffle cone to be added to the ice cream!!! I could understand if it was a dipped cone or dipped with sprinkles but a PLAIN waffle cone!!! Come on now your already charging almost 7-8$ just for the ice cream 1.50 for extra toppings and your one of the Only ice cream shops in town are you really that hard on money that you have to charge for the cone! I literally walked out after adding up how much 2 ice creams with a cone was going to cost and waiting in line for 30 mins!!! Very upsetting and definitely ruined my date night!!!

We walked in with a positive attitude because until up to now i've always had great service and the best of the best no matter how big or small of an order. today there was a manager and a newer lady that had been working and while the manager was gone the newer lady was given two everybody's ice creams. as she was going through it she never asked questions on what we wanted, she didn't know the different size containers and in the everybody's she only filled them about half full. At that point my boyfriend had asked if she would be willing to finish filling them because i wasn't paying $16 for something not even half full. she eventually did but after she charged us for extra mix ins that we didn't have. we gave her a gift card that she didn't know how to use so she called over her manager that had disappeared before. she told her that she didn't know how to do the gift card so she wanted help and my boyfriend brought up the fact that we were paying $16 for ice cream and now extra that we don't have. the manager ended up getting mad at us and took off the extra charges and used our gift card. i wasn't mad until the fact that she could see that the containers weren't filled and that instead of asking what to do the young lady just went on with what she thought. after bringing up the mistake that we just wanted fixed for the price we were paying my boyfriend kept saying how it wasn't the younger lady's fault it's just that if she wasn't sure about what she was doing she should have waited or gone to ask her a question. overall i love the ice cream place but $32 for two ice creams half full is not going to be great if it keeps happenong.

Horrible experience. Highly recommend you do not go to this Cold Stone and here is why. This is for the staff working the evening on 5/27/20231. The female worker dropped the ice cream scoop. They did not take take the scooper to the back to clean it. The male worker picked it up and put back in the water with the other scoopers.2. My son asked for ice cream and then wanted to add toppings. They just scooped the ice cream and gave it to him. They did not even care or asked if he wanted anything in it.3. I ordered a specialty flavor. They just threw everything together. It was not mixed and the cookie was not even broken apart.4. We had another order and wanted chocolate and strawberries in it. There was only 1 strawberry and no chocolate.The staff did not care, the ice cream did not taste good and the value was not worth it. In addition, knowing they do not care to clean the equipment, especially after it was on the floor makes me sick. Will not ever go back to this store.

Ice cream was cold. Nobody greeted at the door which i thought was unusual. Tried to use my bogo and it 'disapeared' randomly.Staff was alright i suppose. Not overall amazing if you catch my drift. The workers look over stressed. Overall its an ice cream place, and i miss the store manager that was only there a few weeks. Kurt really was awesome, and professional. What happened to him?Other than that, its ice cream. Not hard to mess up.
My 4 friends and I went there for a birthday trip, and the man scooping the ice cream had a attitude. He was not giving his full attention to the orders and he was frustrated as the line got bigger. All in all the workers were just not giving what they needed to be giving.

I went in for the first time ever and was nervous because I didn’t know what I wanted but the worker alex was so kind and helpful it really made things easy and at the end he even threw the ice cream into my cup it was awesome! Highly recommend!!!

Of course this is a great place to eat cold, rich, creamy ice cream. But prices are a little too high, and portions are very close. Meaning I can't tell the difference in the sizes, unless I look at the price.

Came there today at 6:00pm and was closed… googles says open until 10:00pm and was updated by business 1 day ago. Website also states it’s open until 10:00pm. Open sign still on with lights and everything on whoever locks up needs to be fired because they obviously incompetent. Won’t be back here anytime soon.
