Enjoyed the food and customer service. No free refills on coffee is a negative. Each cup is $3.50. When you are a coffee drinker that is not good.

Excellent service and delicious food! I had the steak tips and they were cooked perfectly. The parmesan fries were also very good. It’s a casual atmosphere with quick service. Definitely recommend.

I'm sorry to say, but food quality and service has gone way down hill than our last visit 6 months ago. The appetizer special of philly cheesesteak flatbread was both tiny and poorly made with cheap ingredients (high price point). My husband's black and blue burger came out well done initially and had to be sent back, although it was decent once corrected to medium rare. My steak was well seasoned, but a very poor quality piece of meat. Easily 1/3 of the steak was gristle.
When we asked to speak to a manager, our waitress said she was the manager. When we expressed our disappointment, she became immediately defensive and hostile. We will not be returning, which is a shame because our previous visits were fantastic.

Stopped by today on the way home from WI and we were not disappointed! The wings were great and HUGE! They even accommodated my “flats only” request. Hubby had a burger and it was equally good. The service was great and even though they were busy Ben took great care of us at the bar and made our meal and experience exceptional!

We stopped in after a long drive during a baseball tournament when we noticed online that the menu looked appealing. We had a group of 3. We were greeted right away by who appeared to be the owner who was on her way out the door and were seated at a booth. The atmosphere is nice. However, we waited quite a while to be greeted by our server considering there were only a handful of tables sat. No problem. When menus were dropped off there was a spider crawling across my menu. Okay, stuff happens. We ordered 3 entrees and nachos for an appetizer. Salads were brought before the appetizer and when I opened my silverware there was a long hair inside. Once again, stuff happens. Nachos came out next and they were okay. Certainly wouldn’t recommend. Then our 3 entrees came. We ordered the meatloaf, fish and chips and scallop risotto. The meatloaf was incredibly dry and hard. Only a few bites were eaten. The scallop risotto was disgusting. The scallops were overcooked and the risotto was so salty it was barely edible. The fries with the fish and chips tasted sour, like dirty fryer oil. The fish was almost good, but also tasted like oil. I ate one piece and 2-3 fries and couldn’t stomach anymore. Overall the food was incredibly disappointing. We ate what we could because we were very hungry and in a hurry. Our server didn’t come back to the table between dropping off the food and coming to ask if we needed boxes. She did not ask how the food was, just saw 2 plates that were barely touched and the risotto that was a little more than half eaten and brought our bill. After tip our bill was $124 for 3 entrees, nachos, and 2 sodas, which had it been good, would have been fine, but for the quality of the food it’s ridiculous. We were in a rush so we paid and left and moved on but after a couple days we’re still talking about how disappointing it was.

Terrible service. Shame for a place that has such good reputation. Watched groups arrive after us, eat, and leave before our food was ever served. Waitress offered no apology for any of this. Had to get up and go to the bar to get silverware once the food finally came, she just served it and practically ran away from us. Worst dining experience I've had in years.
The Cheese Curds are crazy good!
we were seriously disappointed. I recommend avoiding this place.
All around disappointed. Trying to dine here was a mistake.
Good food and service BUT extremely noisy when we were there, so probably not the place for, say, a marriage proposal. I'm sure it depends on time of day too. We were there for dinner around 6.
