I ordered a 3 pack of mini cookies for curb side pick up. There must have been a glitch in the app, it didn’t allow me to receive my order as curb side. But I received my order promptly once I entered the store. The birthday packaging was done nicely and the staff was friendly.

When I walked in and placed over $100 order, I cannot believe the customer service I received as well as the teenagers running the place to make it look like a joke. The establishment is dirty. I never had issues like this with Crumbl cookie and super upset that it is Not even taken into consideration and the company doesn’t even do anything about it.

I’ve been to this crumbl multiple times already and it’s always the same. Always running out, always waiting a long time, and never seems to have management. I’m usually one to not complain but man, this crumbl sucks. The workers look miserable when working and when calling out the names you can never hear them. I also ordered online and ahead of time this time around but I still had to wait 30-40 min for my order. And even with that wait I was still called and the worker said they didn’t have the one cookie ready until another 10-15 minutes. Why didn’t they tell me ahead of time instead of me waiting the 30-40 min.
