Just ordered a medium fry and it looks very small not medium.. I have seen no medium fry at any restaurant this small and I am not sure they are positive about the size either..it was also halfway full..also I asked the young lady while I ordered was there a difference between regular and medium. She said the sizes, were small, medium, and large even though it says regular fries for $2.99 on the menu. I think they gave me regular/small sized fries because there is no way in hell that was a medium frie

I ordered a chicken sandwich in the Drive-Thru with ketchup mustard and mayo. It took them a really, really long time, and they ended up bringing out a grilled cheese sandwich on rye bread. I didn't even know that was an option. I went back around the drive-thru and told them I got the wrong order. They argued that I only paid for a grilled cheese sandwich and it would cost an extra $4 and some change to make up the difference in price to give me a new sandwich. I said I didn't care, I'll pay it. Then they wanted me to give the wrong sandwich back. I told them if it was an exchange, sure. But they gave me the wrong sandwich and they're making me pay more for a new sandwich, so no. I'm not going to give them the old sandwich back. A lot of frustrated looks from inside the drive-thru window.

I normally love Culver's. I was in Dubuque and they were advertising a pork loin sandwich. I did not see it on the menu but it sounded good. It was not. It was breaded, which I wasn't expecting and the breading was probably thicker than the meat. Also the meat tasted like fish. It didn't not taste like pork. It was $6 and I threw it in the garbage.. everything else I've ever ordered has been good. I would stay away from the pork loin sandwich if I were you.

Manager was extremely rude and insincere. I don’t know how anyone like that can be allowed to work in the food industry. WILL NOT be retiring to this location. Staff didn’t know the answers to basic questions and the lady was very rude. 0/10 never returning. Thank you.
