I had not ordered the cod dinner for a while and I was disappointed today to find out that the size of the fish pieces have gotten noticeably smaller! Also the dinner roll was dried out and hard, and they do not include a pat of butter anymore!

The ice cream was delicious. Prices are a little steep. We only went cuz we had a buy one get one free coupon. Have avoided the food since we had a poor experience out of town. They graciously offered us a coupon to replace the food but it was only good at their store which is only 200 miles away.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility opener

I always think their food is great, like most restaurants today there is definitely a staff shortage. Tables were dirty, staff clearly looked drained, everyone was hustling. You could clearly see a look of desperation in people’s eyes. You feel bad, but you also can’t help notice the filthy surroundings, pop spilled all over, food scraps on the floor and tables that haven’t been wiped down in hours. Wish I had taken my food to go. Wasn’t even the latest part of lunch rush yet.

There was a guy in he smelled like he just got done smoking weed! he also spit my food! he said his name was Egon. I tried to order food and he said some not nice things when we were ordering. I over heard them talking about a disabled person and making fun of him/her. Will not come back.
I love Culver's. They are friendly most of the time. It can take a little bit for food to come out but we expect that for the quality. I love their drive through method, it seems more efficient than anyone else. However I'm disappointed that we can't order for delivery through doordash or something.Kid-friendliness: I like that they have more options than just the two at McDonald's.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is on ground level so it's easy to get in and there is handicap parking

If you don't mind paying $2.50 for a small cup of coffee and being charged for every single thing you ask for Culver's is the place to go. In addition, the bathroom was filthy.

At noon todayI ordered 2 fish sandwiches,bowl of chili and a strawberry/chocolate shake. Did not get shake till delivery person went back and got one to bring me. Did not get my chili. Got veg/beef soup instead which I did not discover till I got home. Also shake was nothing like I used to get often.It was super thick,maybe 1/2 of one ground up strawberry and really chocolatey,not smooth,creamy and more like half chocolate/half vanilla mixed with plenty strawberry chunks.
