Absolutely ridiculous! Has gone way downhill since the old manager Deb left! Forgot to bring out a meal, we had to go up & confront them about it & then had to wait even longer to receive it while the other 4 people in the order had their food & was eating! Son & his friend went up to order a malt & Oreo blizzard. Ordered it together. Malt got brought out while the blizzard sat up at the window. Son had to go up & ask for it. No apologies or anything. Definitely will not be back! This isn’t how you run a business or make an error correct!

I'm used to fast food places being run down with poor customer service. This was a delight.
After an already stressful day 2 hours into a 3.5 hour trip for upcoming doctor apts for our daughter. We stopped for dinner Andrew was extremely kind & helpful. We encountered 2 other employees who were also outstanding. I mentioned to one that my sandwich order was odd she replied hey you’re the one eating it, it should be how you want it. I Loved that outlook. The lettuce on my sandwich was very fresh probably one of the best fast food places we have encountered over our 6 years of traveling for medical appointments.

Rude rude rude. Bridget was extremely rude on the drive through intercom then when we waited for our food we watched her throw her hands up and shake her head the entire time taking the person behind us
