We stopped inside the DQ tonight. After ordering $60 worth of food we got in line behind a family with 3 children to order ice cream. They ordered 3 Oreo Dirt Pie Blizzards. Of course our 6 year old grandson wanted one. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase an Oreo Dirt Pie Blizzard bc we weren’t ordering it through the DQ app. I understand you might run specials but it’s crazy when you are standing right there in person and you can’t order one. We will find somewhere else to spend our money and not have a disappointed 6 year old. And yes we did speak to the manager bc we had a crying child and her response was we can’t ring it up if you don’t order it on the app. Pretty sure she could have rang it up under a different flavor that was the same cost.

I got food here multiple times and half the time it was eathier completely undercooked or excellent, so about 50/50. The staff is very nice but differing hours become a nuscence

Dairy Queen co-located with a gas station. They still have Blizzards and a drive through around back. Burgers and fries tasted fine to me.

I just went there today and for the $7 meal deal for my kids and they keep skimping on fries and the chicken strips get smaller and smaller. Like why would you even give someone something so small. Especially for kids. Might as well take it off the menu if that’s what I’m paying for. My kids are still hungry and I have to figure out another way to feed them! I know I can’t be the only one that’s been noticing the change!

Very friendly and fast service. Took the family there for Friday night ice cream, and the staff was helpful with coupons we had. One of our favorite ice cream spots in Dubuque, way better than the other 3 Dairy Queens in town
