WHOEVER THEY GOT COOKING, EITHER HAS ZERO EXPERIENCE IN FAST FOOD OR IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.I ordered a 6pc chicken strip basket with large fries for my lunch break at work. I love DQ and their chicken is usually phenomenal, so I thought nothing of it when I placed an order through grubhub.Upon receiving my food, I noticed the fries were a bit wet and soggy. I figured it was just from the steam or something, since it was sitting in the grub hub drivers temperature controlled bag for the drive to me. After attempting to eat a few, I noticed they aren't just a little wet... THEY'RE COMPLETELY UNDERCOOKED.At this point, I'm pretty annoyed since I paid extra for a large fry.. but it's really not that big of a deal. The point of ordering DQ for me was the chicken anyways, I can deal with a less than satisfactory fry.When trying the chicken, I noticed it was also a bit moist to the touch and softer than usual. Turns out, the chicken is also UNDERCOOKED. I couldn't eat any of my meal from DQ on my lunch break, and I will not eat at this location until word gets out that they have a different cook.
Always enjoy all the Blizzards and Seasonal Blizzards. This location does them right and this location has great staff. Recommended this location over all in and around Dubuque!..

I’d love to share a photo of limp, soggy fries(about 10), and white untoasted bread w butter on one side. Should be embarrassed to hand that to a customer. At least the gal at the window was smiling- should’ve opened the box in front of her. Really- $13.35 for a pop was what I got.

I have gone multiple times after practice or work at 9:30 and the workers will be standing outside smoking or talking and have all lights turned off and ignore everyone that drives by. very frustrating when it happens 4 times a month at least.

Employees were very nice, and the Blizzards were good.
The fish sandwich was freshly made (and good). As were the cheese curds. And you can't go wrong with a Misty Freeze on a hot day!
