I love this place. I’m a huge fan of sours and this place delivers every time. I’m from Chicagoland and it’s worth every minute of the 3 hour drive. Try the Smoothie Style Sours. They look kinda scary, but are so good.

Dimensional Brewing Company has a great downtown Dubuque City vibe. They have awesome IPA beers I grabbed a flight to try all 4 IPA beers and was disappointed all very tasty. The establishment has friendly people working there. They had the garage doors open so it was like sitting outside. Very limited menu for food. Wonderful place to hit up for a beer when in Dubuque.

I really love the beers here. However, their sour beers are extremely fruit forward. If you are looking for more of a goze sourness, that's not what you're looking for. Still, they are delicious. Like drinking alcohol fruit. I also had the 'have a catch' hazy IPA and that was also very good. But probably the least hoppy IPA I have ever had. Billy and Mike were awesome bartenders. We really enjoyed our visit here.

I was told 10 minutes upon having our guests arrive for a party (which we rented the loft area) the oven were down and there was NO food. then was told - well you can bring in food. Well that is a total inconvenience when it's last minute and people are now arriving . Had I been notified a day or two before, I could have made other arrangements for food. No offer to help from them, no offer of "what can we do for you" nothing. And the manager was conveniently out of town. No one came up and cleaned or took any glasses from our area. It was pretty much self-serve yourself! Your service was unacceptable and you just lost my future business and any kind of recommendation! Horrible!!

Lovely building. Tasty beers. Enjoyed a brown ale ‘Builder the Bob’. Always hesitant to drink a brown ale, have been disappointed so many times classifying a brown ale as brown water. Builder the Bob was so much more, malty, nice toffee flavor, solid. Thank you Dimensional Brewing

Tried to go yesterday. not very busy. never been before. had no idea how to get food or where to sit. people were standing all over with kids running around screaming. we had to ask if all the tables by them were full or being used. seen employees. I'm sure they knew we needed help. Sat down and I see sign says order beer here. everyone was just standing in front of them. found a spot by bar to ask about drinks food. I was clearly seen vyt totally ignored. finally asked for help. I really was being nice!!! mentioned I was sorry not at sign but couldn't get to bar and asked how we get food? was simply told... me. then she slammed down screen and menu and said . what do you want?? I had others with me. still confused. I asked if I could have more menus and I'd have to be back. she just tosses 4 more menus down and walks away.... I got to out seat... horrible chairs.... and my family looks at me and because of people standing all over. they wanted to leave.... sad we wanted to try but no way!!! yes we have been to the most everywhere in Dubuque. such a disappointment!!!!

Great place. Nice vibes. Pizza was good beer was amazing. Ciders are perfect. Nice little place that’s inconspicuous. People are nice. I got myself a flight of beers and I had only good things to say about each one! Highly recommend to try this local gem.
